The rooms are newly renovated, big and clean. Fabio and Paola are great hosts, they are funny, warm and welcoming. Fabio has great recommendations for what to do in Portovenere and for day trips. They're always available if there's any issues and Fabio has a wealth of funny stories. There's a coffee machine with tea, coffee and hot chocolate capsules and complementary snacks and candy. Shower water pressure is very good, bed is comfortable and there's daily housekeeping. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket with very polite pleasant employees are just few minutes walk from the apartment. Highly recommend staying in Portovenere and Oblo as a base to explore cinque terre.

The fact that we could not enter the room before 13:30 and needed to leave the room before 10:30 the next day: (so the staff could clean the 4 rooms ). Hardly your standard expectation. No breakfast at the property, No place to keep your luggage at the property, which I think would have been great, We had to go to another location in town to leave our suitcases: but you had to pick them up before 4:30 pm: We were travelling by the only means of public transport at 7pm and had to drag our suitcases around town till then: Not easy or enjoyable!

Everything! The nicest, most charming and welcoming hosts ever. Newly refurbished excellent room, clean, beautiful and stylish. Room included a contemporary and delicate bathroom, a Nespresso machine, a fridge with complimentary drinks, glassware, snacks and fragrance sticks. The guest house is perfectly situated in the old town, thus you live exactly where you would want to be for all activities, shops and restaurants. Quality all the way 🇮🇹

located in the fotresses town, this modern apartment is in a beautiful old building above one of the typical narrow alleys. The apartment is beautiful, tastefully decorated, with a lovely bathroom. The host is very helpful.

It wasn’t a problem for us but just remember you will have to walk up a level with your luggage.

We were greeted warmly and promptly by the owner, Fabio. The room was spacious and fresh and was cleaned daily.

It can be very hard to find if you rely only on Google maps, although fortunately Fabio will help you find your way via photos on Whatsapp. There is no air conditioning (but a decent and quiet ceiling fan above the bed), however if you decide to sleep with the windows open, you will hear the nightlife outside until after midnight.

Fabio is a very friendly and hospitable host. The apartment is tucked away in one of the many small alleys in the town, with a view of the main shopping and restaurant alley. Room is clean, modern and spacious.

The hotel was the most cleanest ever. Silence. Fabio who received us was amazing. I really recommend this hotel if wanna have a nice experience in Porto Venere. We had ZERO problem. Everything was perfect.

It was a little pricey.

It is a beautiful and modern room with a very comfortable bed. In Portovenere there are many steps to climb, but for this property it was relatively easy. It was nice not to have to climb stairs inside the property either. The host was very kind and informative. The property is really quite lovely.

The apartment was in a great location, near many shops and restaurants and an easy walk to the marina. The room was very clean and included many nice amenities. The host was very friendly and responsive and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Everything very good, the host made sure we have everything we need, he gave us recommendations for dinner places and we had an amazing evening thanks to him. The place is very cosy, nicely renovated just in the heart of Portovenere. We will definitely come back again if we are around.
