The room was clean and ok for 3 person. The shared kitchen was a plus for us. We were able to heat the food and enjoy food in the shared dining and kitchen space.

Not in the city centre but good connections to get there. Bus, bike or car. and you will be there in some minutes. I am glad I picked this place and not a hotel in the city centre. Unfortunately no face to face contact but communication via e-mail and WhatsApp was very nice.

Airconditioned, fridge, good bed. Extra pillows. Good windows. Did not hear any noise when closed. Too bad we did not see Elisa. But we could enter by using a code. And then keys were in a locker. Very convenient. I feel bad because I accidentally damaged the toilet seat... To visit the leaning tower of Pisa we took a bus. Bus stop was 3 minutes away from the hotel. Perfect. I highly recommend to stay here and I will for sure come return in the future.

The location is next to the hospital and far away from the town center. You need a car to visit the town unless you need the room to assist someone at the hospital. Close by there are no cafes, bars, and restaurant or any kind of shop therefore the car is necessary to have a meal and go anywhere. At night noise from the cars of the near by road or from the hospital can be heard. If it rains the high humidity outside makes the room very wet. It would have been all reasonable at half the price we paid.

The interior of the rooms is very bad, poorly maintained. The landlady is very disrespectful. She and her husband banging on the door for you to check out at 10 o'clock in the morning. It asks you for cash payments. She demands that you pay in cash. Don't stay. You'll regret it. Not 80 euros, but a maximum price performance of 40 euros. We threw our money away.

I was on holiday with my husband who had been blue lighted to the nearby hospital and I needed some accommodation close by. The host was brilliant when my husband was discharged much earlier than expected and very kindly changed the room to a double room on the day of arrival. So sympathetic & helpful when I needed it the most.

I couldn't figure out how to book a tax or sort out public transport from hotel to the centre. Luckily there were electric scooters around to help me go back and forth in just 15 mins. Also, the toilet needs an exhaust

It was great! The host was lovely and she let me check in early. Everything was super clean and tidy. The nights were quite with no distractions. The whole experience was very comfortable!
