A B&B I would definitely recommend to anyone! Great location, quick responses, clean and cozy space, and tastefully decorated. The best part in the morning is making a coffee in the kitchen and sitting on the balcony, enjoying the view of pigeons and swallows flying around the clock tower while listening to the chimes.

Access was up steep stairs and I have arthritis in my knees but as I already knew this before we arrived it was not a surprise and this not something the owner can do anything about

The property was charming and perfectly positioned in a very old building in the centre of the old town. It was lovely to have a shared dining area , kitchen and small balcony in addition to the spacious bedroom - which was very comfortable The best bit for us was our friendly host, who let us come in early and gave us great information about the town and places to eat

This apartment was so great. Even though you only have a small bedroom, the kitchen and balcony made it so wonderful. You can buy your food and drinks at the local grocery store which was a a 5 min walk and then enjoy people watching from the balcony. The bed is very comfortable and everything is clean. Lots of coffee and tea choices are provided. Right in the center of the town. Take a look at the ceiling when you are there. Amazing!Loved it!!!

Perfect location, close to parking lot and in the heart of the historic center. the host was very communicative, thankfully the room had a ceiling fan as well as a stand up fan so we were able to sleep well during the scorching summer nights. there is a fridge for your use in the common area of the place which was appreciated and potable water.

The apartments are amazing. And if you need pure “Italian and Pienza” experience - just go for them here. It simple, tasty, quite and atmospheric. A parking is nearby for a very good price (almost no free parking in the city). And do not forget to go through a Via della Amore to make a wish;)

You can hear everything from the corridor. The rooms are quite well isolated. As the doors are a bit old, to lock and unlock brings a lot of noise, therefore c if you have people going inside and outside during the night becomes a bit hard to sleep.

The location is perfect. Also, good space in the room and good kitchen, as well.

Both the room and the bathroom were quite dirty, we did not feel confortable because of this. But we appreciated that when we mentioned this at the end of the stay, the owner offered to give a 50% refund.

The location was really good, it was a good sized room and there was also a shared area where you could eat or have a coffee.
