We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Davide was very attentive and gave us lots of recommendations. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!!! Perfect location right in the centre and close to everything.

SpainI would've been nice to have had a steam for the clothes in the room. Also, the stairs are very steep and the room is on the fourth floor, so be mindful if you have some condition that does not allow to go up the stairs.
Everything was outstanding! The apartment was at the best location, right on the main street of Riomaggiore and very close to the train station. The host, Davide, was the best! He received us at the door, talked to us and answered all of our questions about Cinque Terre, have us great recommendations, and he even had a booklet in the room with a guide for restaurants in Cinque Terre, train schedules, and so much info that is so useful for any tourists! The room was super clean, comfortable, and full with anything we needed (toiletries, hangers, and little things such as a corkscrew, scissors, cotton pads, lotions, you name it!) I cannot recommend this enough, JUST BOOK IT :D

United StatesThe light on the AC is too bright at night. The fridge was warm….maybe it needed to be adjusted somehow. I didn’t reach out to the host. I’m sure they would have been quick to respond.
Rustic modern decor and comfortable room with sound-proof windows and firm bed. Lighting fixtures were great and charger with usb beside the bed. The staff was so friendly and helpful.
