Next to train station. Easy for boarding train to Cinque Terre.

location near the train station-good. Room-adequate size. Breakfast- okay.

We had our room switched to another location without our permission. We still had items in the old room which we had to disturb the new clients for.

Air conditioning not working very well

Excellent location for visiting Cinque Terre. Location very central. Parking space right under the hotel in secure location for an additional charge. Room clean and good size. Although above train station, not noisy.

Conveniently located near the train station. The room was not located at the train station but down the street from it. When booking the Hotel I looked at the photos and reviews to make my selection. The problem with this is that the photos of the rooms are all from the same room just different angles which is misleading. My room looked nothing like the photos at that location. I was under the impression I would be at a Hotel when actually it was a room in a building down from the train station. Problems with the room included a shower door falling into the shower and the blow dryer was old and burning up . All issues were addressed , but could have been avoided. The breakfast was at a bar for coffee and pastry. Not what I was expecting for the price of the room.I hope that this information will be posted for others to be fully aware of what they are actually getting. As for the value , my daughter booked her stay at a 4 Star hotel in the City center for the same price with a full breakfast included.

The location was great, and they provided tickets for a pastry and drinks in the morning. They were very quick to reply to messages.

Clean room, nice stuff

Next to the train station, third floor without an elevator, small room, breakfast is not inside the hotel and it’s very light.

Lovely clean room and comfortable beds. 2 mins from the central train station, so great for day trips. We had the breakfast option and enjoyed going across the road for coffee, orange juice, and pastry.

Pictures of the quadruple room didn't match the room we were allocated. The bathroom and bedroom were half the size, and with 2 teenagers plus parents, it felt a bit of a squeeze. The staff offered to move us for the second night, but as we were leaving the next day isn't wasn't worth moving. We would still recommend the accommodation for the location alone.

Very good location next to the railway station and bus stop. Perfect if you want to visit Portovenere and cinque terre. The breakfast was in a nearby cafe, but it wasnt much only a coffee and pastry. The room was modern and clean. I think its a good place to stay

Great location, clean, and very welcoming and responsive staff. I have stayed with my family of 5 to visit the Cinque Terre. Casa Dane was the best option for us. We arrived by train and they are right at the train station, therefore it was very convenient to get the train to and from Cinque Terre as we were right there. Also, we did not experience any noise from the trains despite the fact that our bedroom was right on top of the train station. Breakfast was also included in the price. It is not in the same building but it is a short walk to a bar; quality of pastries and cappuccino was great!!! Staff was very welcoming and responsive, they gave us directions and tips for our trip itineraries, and that also allowed us to leave our luggage there in locked boxes before and after checkout to adjust to our train schedule. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone!!!

Great location near station. Basic rooms, clean and and with comfortable beds.

Hotel address/directions were inconsistent with Google maps, staff could have been more helpful at check-in, breakfast was very basic. The online description of hotel & room did not quite match the experience.

Location is perfect! Easy walk into the town for delicious meals and to explore. Great spot to visit the Cinque Terre. Comfortable room, great size for family of four. Water pressure spot on for the shower. We had an added bonus of a small patio with washing line to hang clothes for drying. Paolo is a great host with a wealth of knowledge. Thank you!

Nothing. It was a lovely stay

The friendly staff. Just next to the train station (for those who prefer this kind of stay, I actually made a mistake by choosing this location, it seems that it is actually one of the train station buildings).

The presentation photos are very well done and do not reflect the actual state of the property. I even suspect that they have changed the location from another very close building to this current one. The hallway (downstairs and on the first floor) is a mess and it’s like no one pays attention to it. Outdated and overused furniture, the bathroom needs a total renovation. For a limited budget or just for a short stay while you don’t care much about the details, it is fine. We didn’t want to go to the Cafeteria they work with to take the breakfast. The parking has a very narrow entrance, it can test your skills easily if not an experienced driver.
