The room and bathroom were old and not super clean, the bed was not very comfortable and the Air Conditioning didn't work properly despite I needed to pay 5 euros per night for it.

An average stay, the rooms have quite a huge personality which you must like or not. The host is well available and fine.

The facilities are very well cleaned, but one can see that the hotel has been in operation for quite some time - some things start showing the signs of wear and tear and might require attention by plumbers, electricians or masons. If you are heading for a business trip, do not rely on electronic means of communication - demand your invoice in person directly at the check-in. Despite the electronic check-in both at Booking.com and at the establishment's own websites, the data may get lost and it may not be possible to get your invoice afterwards.

This is a cozy, small, family-run hotel which provides good value for money. There is no breakfast available, but a small kitchen with fridge, kettle and microwave along with a couple of tables allow one to prepare his/her own meals. Every room is very spacious, equipped with smart TV. Staff is nice and most of them speak good English, which comes in handy if your Italian is as bad as mine.

No fan (ventilaotr) in the room and it was very hot. A/C is available only for an extra charge 5 EUR. The floor in the bathroom was a little bit damaged.

Beutiful building. Nice room with interesting decorations (exotic theme). Bathroom was pretty convenient. Towels, available in the room, Big TV. The beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Staff at the reception was very friendly. Coffee machine available in the common room downstairs, and coffee is included in the proce of your room.

Almost everything was good. Only thing that we didn't like is that we booked room with balcony and free air conditioner, but we didn't get room with balcony and we had to pay some extra money for air conditioner. It's not a problem, just it is not okay🙂

Affordable, cosy accommodation close to the train station and city centre. Well-suited for a short stay. There was also a kitchen and an eating room. The room was quite spacious.

The bathroom floor didn't look like it was completely clean. Despite the focus on the theme (in our case, pop art) there were some distracting elements such as a missing floor board in the room and flaking paint in the shower which somewhat tanks the vibes. There is AC available but it's 5€ per night. The windows don't fully open which caused the room to be quite hot.

Big parking lot nearby free after 6. The decor of the room is quite charming. The staff were nice. The room has a fan.

The pillow were so hard, so I didn't sleep well as I like them to be soft. There was a lot of noise in the building around 2-3am and 6-8am. (Walking and water noise).

The room and bathroom were good in general. They managed my late arrival very well.

Great Location near the centre of Pavia! The room is spacious and the bathroom is very big! Even for my late checkin they arranged an easy way to check in. Great service, great rooms, great location! The best of all, I slept very well!

I booked the hotel at night before check-in was closed. I walked to the hotel and arrived at 11 pm. I called hotel many times but nobody picked up the phone. I texted using WhatsApp and no reply. The next day, hotel cancelled my booking with the reason of no show which was not true. At that night, I waited in front of the gate but nobody. It was heavy rain ,I needed to find an alternative hotel to stay which costed me 130 euro. Booking.com did not try to solve the problem and refund as this hotel informed that I did bot show on that night. It doesn't make any sense that I chose a more expensive hotel plus a taxi fare 12 euro.

The cockroach in the bathroom, the mildew in the corners of the ceiling,, the room door which had a fair sized gap where the light entered and you could hear everything inside the b and b from your room. Even other people's TV. But overall good for the price.

Check in guy was friendly, The sticker decor was fun and novel, the location good, hair dryer., had good power, also had a Kitchenette, cool colored light that changed remotely. Great pizza restaurant around the corner run by Egyptians and had amazing food and good prices too. (Nuova Panarea) 0382.422.255

Bed bugs, dirty rooms, service- from reception to manager.

AVOID!!!!!!!!! Starting from not English speaking reception, photos of building miss suggesting location of appartements. Coming to bed bugs that bite me and my companion, that's still curing after 4 weeks. Taken photos and dead insects to make my reclamation in the morning, were lied by manager about refund, never arrived, not answering calls! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
