Very cozy place to stay while visiting Lucca

Thin walls

Location is good , close to the old part of the town. Apartment was clean and shared bathroom also

Big problem is the noise, I saw reviews from other people complaining about noise but to be honest I did not expext this. Walls are super thin and walls in between the rooms are infact only doors so its super loud, you can hear other people breathing and if you are unlucky with neighbouring apartment like we were breathing is going to be your least problem

Position, overall ambient

Upon arrival, we were surprised to discover that the room was located on an upper floor with no elevator, information that was not communicated during booking. Traveling with a 78-year-old senior and a 5-year-old child, managing luggage on the stairs was extremely difficult. The room was very cold, and we had to wait two hours for the heating to turn on, as it is controlled by a timer that the receptionist could not modify. My messages to the property have remained unanswered. I am very disappointed with the service and lack of communication.

The room is very clean. The breakfast is delicious!

Free parking near the hotel. Breakfast was included and quite fair for the total price paid.

Communication with them was almost impossible, not answering the phone never ever. The heater was making huge noise full day and night. Parking is announced as included but entrance is so narrow that you cant even get in.

The smell of sewage was beyond overwhelming. We were only there one night and the smell woke me up THREE TIMES.

Shops close by, easy walk in Lucca old township

Driveway into parking was VERY narrow. Only accessible in small cars.

Good location. However it was a confusion because 1 day before arriving they cancel my reservation. I contact them through you and thanks that you since solved the problem.

The friendly host at the reception. Quite wel situated.

The shower was broken. Breakfast had to start around 8 am and was included. The lady who was supposed to take care of it entered 15 min late. Coffee machine was broken. There were six chairs around a table and 10 people for breakfast. Most poor service on breakfast I have ever seen. And no service at all.

The breakfast was self-service, so it was available to use at any time.

You can hear everything from the other rooms.

I liked bathroom and room, Staff was friendly. The hotel was clean.

Road to the parking is really narrow. There was a door between my room and reception. During the night the phone was ringing in the reception and woke me up (because there was only a door between the two rooms).
