The shower was broken. Breakfast had to start around 8 am and was included. The lady who was supposed to take care of it entered 15 min late. Coffee machine was broken. There were six chairs around a table and 10 people for breakfast. Most poor service on breakfast I have ever seen. And no service at all.

Road to the parking is really narrow. There was a door between my room and reception. During the night the phone was ringing in the reception and woke me up (because there was only a door between the two rooms).

I liked bathroom and room, Staff was friendly. The hotel was clean.

Back garden wasn't as advertised....2 coat hangers..ok for few days ...thin walls as could hear everything from bottom floor...not much space to walk round other side of bed

Has time to check-in. In heat weather the air conditioner is not enough. At the end (9:40am) was raining and we´re waiting a little to take our car, but the lady was claming that we must get out until 10am. It was a little unkindly.

It´s close to a supermarket (lidl), restaurants and the historic center. The room was exceptional cleaned. Free parking. Has time to check-in, but we warned the reception we would arrive some minutes after and they waited for us.

There is parking, but it is virtually impossible to park with a bigger vehicle. The building is by the main road, and the entrance to the parking lot in the back is very narrow. Also the bed was uncomfortable. The matress was too soft.

The building was very nice, the neighborhood was pretty.

Access to parking which is at the rear of the building was incredibly narrow and risks damage to anything other than a small vehicle.

Big problem is the noise, I saw reviews from other people complaining about noise but to be honest I did not expext this. Walls are super thin and walls in between the rooms are infact only doors so its super loud, you can hear other people breathing and if you are unlucky with neighbouring apartment like we were breathing is going to be your least problem

Upon arrival, we were surprised to discover that the room was located on an upper floor with no elevator, information that was not communicated during booking. Traveling with a 78-year-old senior and a 5-year-old child, managing luggage on the stairs was extremely difficult. The room was very cold, and we had to wait two hours for the heating to turn on, as it is controlled by a timer that the receptionist could not modify. My messages to the property have remained unanswered. I am very disappointed with the service and lack of communication.

Communication with them was almost impossible, not answering the phone never ever. The heater was making huge noise full day and night. Parking is announced as included but entrance is so narrow that you cant even get in.

Free parking near the hotel. Breakfast was included and quite fair for the total price paid.

The smell of sewage was beyond overwhelming. We were only there one night and the smell woke me up THREE TIMES.

Everything clean , beds and the room. Big nice bed. Sharing bathroom was a possibility that was very good to be able to choose ( more economic ) Generously given towels and soap/shampoo. Easy and close acces to the city even if outside the centre of Lucca.
