Location! very close to the train station- which was such a plus as we arrived on a rainy day and got to avoid the very long queue for a taxi ; also the room had a small balcony overlooking a courtyard

Close to train station. Easy access to room with elevator. Spacious bathroom. Clean and comfortable bed. Very friendly english speaking staffs. They offer free luggages storage at the nearby B&B reception (same management) which located just opposite to train station.

Very clean, confortable and nice room. The balcony was definitely a nice touch that brought a specific italian vibe. 😊 Excelent location, very close to the train station, Mercato Centrale and the city center overall. Definitely recommend it!

Room and bed were clean and comfortable. Good location. Popular local cafe close to hotel, tour locations and public transport within walking distance. Great customer service and prompt communication by the hotel. Lift available to room and strong security.

Good location not far from the train station, you have to go to a different hotel to get your key but it’s on the way and staff was friendly (we just had trouble finding where to go). Room was nice and clean.

The room was large, very pretty and very clean. The terrace was wonderful to sit out and enjoy the evening air. It was right across from the train station, and only a short walk to all the sights. Great restaurants on Faenza!

Short walk from the train station and grocery stores nearby. Safe apartment with three different doors to enter. Highly recommended. Staff were very friendly and smooth check in process.

We stayed just one night. The location was perfect for us because we had a lot of luggage and were coming in from the central station. Check in was easy, there is a small but functional elevator and the room was clean and even had a tiny balcony! The shower was small but it was to be expected in Florence so not a problem. Maybe a breakfast voucher for the cafe downstairs would've made totally perfect.

They were constantly in touch about our arrival time and shared all the details regarding the location, working hours. The front office was enthusiastic and proactively gave the details and helped with our queries. The room was Clean, Big, Comfortable and location is superb. Just across the SMN, the Supermarket Chains of Conad and Carrfour are in the next building and 10 minutes walk from Dumo.

The room was a little cold at times (I visited January 2025), and the shutters didn't close properly so I improvised by leaning the chair against them. Not entirely soundproof, but also not as noisy as other rooms I've stayed in while visiting Florence.

Great location as it's right by Santa Maria Novella station, meaning you can easily get a tram to and from the airport with little walking required. Check-in is at 7Florence, which is a short walk from the actual property (pretty much just across the road), and once you're at the property there's a small lift to take you to the floor. The staff were responsive to messages and happy to help with requests, and the room was basic but exactly what I needed - I wasn't visiting to spend my time in a room, so it met my needs nicely!
