The place is very near to Rome Terminal and to the bus stations where you can go anywhere in Rome. Staff are very very helpful and responsive and decent.

No luggage storage services despite claiming to have them in the Booking.com property listing. We had to spend additional money to store luggage elsewhere. All residents were locked inside the apartment one morning and they took a long time to arrive (from an off-site location) and fix the issue. Quite disruptive to our trip plans and should never have happened.

Not much really, it's just a little hotel where u only want to sleep nothing more it's confortable and nice I would say there's only a problem with the hot water that's it

Underneath the bed was cigarette butt which made the bedroom smell to tobacco. This is disgusting because my couple and me don’t smoke.

Public safety in the area is questionable in the evening hours. There was no atrocity with us, but migrants were making trouble with each other every night. Anyway, it's not heartening to meet them and the dirt they leave on the street.

It's basically clean, perfect for sleeping. Recommended for sightseeing and groups of friends (we were three), if the accommodation is only needed for sleeping. Honeymooners should not come here, but it's an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers. The accommodation has its own bathroom with a toilet.

The bathroom could have been cleaner and there was a strong smell of drains emitting from the bathroom almost constantly which wasn't ideal.

Location was great for getting around the city and locating initially from the airport. Room was basic but did the job, this is the place to book if you're looking for luxury but adequate for somewhere to lay your head. Good value for money vs other options in Rome.

Checking in was very awkward. We found the building but it was a locked apartment building with buzzers. We buzzed the Fanti Rooms. We were let in, but we could not hear what they said. We thought it would be obvious when we went in, but it was not. We eventually called and they came down. They are on the top floor of an apartment building.

We thought this was a good value. We were just looking for a place to sleep close enough to walk to attractions in Rome. There was a small refrigerator and microwave that we appreciated. There is an ancient elevator, but it worked fine and we were grateful to have one. We only saw the staff the day we checked in, They did quickly replace a broken microwave while we were out one day. The view from our window was fabulous.

Smelly bathroom, overusage of air refreshener, no air con remote though it had an installed air conditioner unit. Dirty and smelly sofa seats next to the bed.

Good location to reach everywhere, nice view from the room we had, but that ofc depends on availability. Old elevator giving extra 1900 vibes. Bed was comfortable.

The water's temperature was not perfect, it was not very adjustable, either too hot, but mostly too cold. Fridge was too loud.

It was a little bit confusing to understand how to pay the city tax. As I undestood, I could do it by card, but the staff told me that it must be with cash. Maybe this could be more explicit.

The Fanti provides basic accommodation including a room big enough for 4. The facilities were functional and clean. The building is a cute old building -the rooms are on the top floor but there is an excellent and very cute lift It is very close to the station and has a view over the beautiful square Fanti

The bedroom and bathroom stank and it was particularly unpleasant because you smell that all the time (especially bathroom). Lack of communication with the staff for the check in. They don't really pay attention to the chat on booking. I've changed my hours of arrival the same day because my train was delayed and nobody answered when I came.

The room had a smelly bathroom, but thankfully after room service it was not. I think it is an area problem and they are trying their best to make us comfortable. We had only one towel for each person.

We had a 3 hour delay in our flight and the guy waited for us with a smile at 1.30 am . The room was getting cleaned every day. Really close to Termini.

Bathroom stinks , there’s a smell coming out of the bathroom that make the room smell. I had to keep spraying my perfume to mask it off , other wise you can’t sleep . Also my son woke up with bits on his legs and body . We also had a power cut which I called the owner but immediately came to fix
