The shower didn’t work well, and the bathroom only had a rain shower, not a regular one, which is not very convenient for an easy shower. The cleanliness might be better. For instance, towels and sheets had some stains, and there was a lot of dust under the bed.

The property is well located and has an established organisation. We had very pleasant communication online and on-site. The room was comfortable and quite well equipped.

Entrance door to the building is made for dwarfs. Neighboorhood properties remodeling so construction and noise starts reallyyyyy early in the morning (5am). Not the hotel's fault 🤷🏻‍♂️

One thing I didn’t like was that we weren’t allowed to use the elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs, which was quite inconvenient. Also, the neighborhood was rather dirty — though to be fair, this seemed to be the case in much of Palermo. I wouldn’t recommend this area as a base if you’re planning to travel to nearby regions by bus or train, as it’s quite far from the main transport stations, by foot.

I had a pleasant stay at this accommodation. They really paid attention to detail — each guest was provided with thoughtful amenities like a shower cap and earplugs. The location was also convenient, just a short walk from the city center.

The room did not have the view. Also, I felt checkin was quite cold, though checkout was good.

The room was very well decorated with a theme (in my case, Alice in Wonderland) and they have done justice to it. With pillows, furniture, and walls, all with the theme. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities needed. Very much in the center and not noisy, which makes it easier. Bed was comfortable.

The location is excellent-walking distance to the old town, main street, markets, train station. Despite being very centrally located, the noise is minimal. There is a tiny grocery shop just around the corner. Many bars, cafes and restaurants around.

Refurbished floor. Rooms not sound-proofed to other clients.

Good location near ferry terminal, short bus ride from train station. One block from busy pedestrian mall with numerous restaurants. Friendly proprietor. Self check in. Not a five star hotel, but good standard in its budget class.

The ventilation system was super noisy (the hotel provides earplugs though) and I suppose our room happened to be near the vent of some restaurant because every evening there was a strong frying smell.

The hotel has a good location for exploring the city on foot and it has lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The rooms have a cool quirky design. The staff was excellent giving lots of good advice and tips.

It would have been helpful to have some sort of clothes dryer hanger to dry our towels as we went to the beach, but it wasn't too much of an issue as it wasn't needed every day.

Very cosy and interesting accommodation, good location in a walking distance from everything, easy to find. Rooms were clean and had pretty much everything that we needed. Would definitely stay again.
