Clean, modern and best staff ever

AF Duomo is an amazing new property with only a few rooms opened so far. We booked this very last minute as we arrived in Milan but as soon as I booked the concierge contacted me to make sure he could meet us down at the street level to show us the entrance and help with our bags. The two concierges, Kevin and Pierre were amazingly helpful and truly went above and beyond in making sure our stay was as good as it could possibly be. The room was large and comfortable and breakfast was amazing. This was truly one of those stays that turned out to be far better than we had dared to hope and we look forward to staying here again the next time we are in Milan!

One of the most wonderful stays in Milan we have ever had. All the details, including furniture, even lamps are really impressive. And a breakfast in the room .. very, very great. We are very keen on having our time for a breakfast without a rush (which is a situation in most hotels). Having it in the room plus this outstanding view of the cathedral is a very prescious moment. Also, I had a birthday during our stay and the Chef surprised me with a cake and a happy birthday wish! Definitely AF Duomo has my great recommendation!

A little noisy from the street but not terrible. It’s one floor up. There is an elevator a few steps up from the entrance.

Wow it’s wonderful great service, accommodation is very comfortable. The breakfast is served in your room and is delicious. The staff is very accommodating. When we arrived by taxi they came downstairs to take our luggage.

There are no shortcomings here. Everything is perfect, and every detail is thought out, clean, just perfect.If anyone here finds something bad, then I'm sorry, but something is not right in their head.

Wonderful aristocratic place, history is felt here.People are very kind, very caring, but not intrusive, I like that.Unfortunately, I was alone, so I was bored. Kevin talked to me. He supported me. It means a lot to me. Thank you very much. This is not the case in all hotels.The guests are very nice, calm and go to bed.The design is very beautiful and aristocratic. Nothing personal. They said that it was all from Italy. Of course. Where can you see such beautiful furniture and such style as they do in Italy? I'm waiting for my husband. I don't know what will come. Will not come. Of course, I'm a little sad this place is wonderful. Thank you very much for accepting me, taking care of me, and please say hello to Princess Elena. Thank her very-very much for that. I wholeheartedly recommend this magical place. Here you will feel like princes and princesses, enjoy Italy, its color, the cathedral is nearby. What else do you need?

We stayed at the hotel during national holiday so there was quite a bit of late night noise. But we were able to shut the windows and shutters and close out most of the noise.

Beautiful new hotel . Great location easy to walk to all of the sights . Nice view of the Duomo from our room . The breakfast was delicious. Kevin at the front desk was great , very friendly . He took care of all our needs and answered all our questions

We travelled by car, and parking close to unload your luggage isn't easy. We will arrive by taxi next time.

This hotel is simply the most luxurious hotel imaginable. Every single detail has been considered and immaculately designed. The only thing better than the location and the luxurious rooms was the mind-blowingly perfect service provided by the team. Kevin, Pierre and Alessia were simply outstanding and the most genuinely caring people immaginable. I loved this place so much that I ended up making multiple bookings between other travels and eventually stayed in every room. My final room was the Arcimboldi Suite. This room is simply the greatest hotel room in Milano!!! I will never forget AF Duomo or the team. THANK YOU!

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel in Duomo square, close to all transportation, boutique hotel, beautiful rooms, very luxurious, comfortable beds and shower, thick towels, so many products for comfort, Kevin the concierge was texting me before we arrived and saw to our every need, recommended great restaurants and things to do, Lilly and Joanne brought a chef prepared meal daily to our room and set it up, included in room charge, incredible experience, felt spoiled and cared for
