Luca is a wonderful host, he explained everything in detail, where to travel and how to plan your day, super comfy apartment and big enough, he even provided breakfast items like bread, coffee and snacks and wine. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone visiting Como, Luca is organised the taxi for us to go to Airport too, I never met a host like Luca.

There was nothing bad about the apartment we had an excellent stay

Fantastic property. Location was excellent. The apartment was very clean and had everything you would need in a self catering apartment. Little touches left by the host Luca made the experience extra special. Beds were comfortable but best of all the wrap around terrace was outstanding.

Just FYI. When walking back to unit be aware that there are many stairs. Again, I find this normal in most of Italy.

We spent 3 lovely days here. Luca was the perfect host and his property was immaculate. Unbelievable balcony overlooking the city and lake. He gave many recommendations on things to do and local restaurants. He even went so far as to pick up our luggage at the Lago train station as we arrived earlier than planned. This left us free to explore. Unit was 3bd-2b so plenty of room for my brothers and I. Comfortable beds, nice showers with HOT water, washing machine and coffee machine with coffee. Unit was exactly as described. Thank you Luca!! 10 stars. Would definitely stay here again.

I don't know if it is a negative but there was no TV, everything else was great.

Location had great views, was a little bit of a hill to get to from middle of town. The host Luca was fantastic, picked us up and dropped off at train station, a wealth knowledge. Very spacious apartment, highly recommend.

The apartment was outstanding and definitely one I would go back to but the only negative i would say is in the warmer months the south facing rooms got a bit hot.

The apartment was spacious with a beautiful balcony that overlooks Como. We spent a lot of time in the apartment as it was so comfortable and there was plenty of room for a girls weekend. Luca is an amazing host who took care of every little detail! Everything we could need was at the apartment or a short walk away. Location wise, it’s a 10min walk to the Duomo so very central and close to everything.

It was spotless and very comfortable and spacious. The wrap around balcony was exceptional with the most magnificent views. Luca was warm and charming, extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. He picked us up from the train station and took us to a supermarket to get some supplies. He gave us loads of tips on the best places to visit and provided an extremely comprehensive Welcome pack with extra information as well as a delicious Prosecco, biscuits and breakfast items.

Luca's service was fantastic, picked us up from the train station. Gave us full detailed info on local attractions. Even took us to buy food as it was raining. Apartment is amazing with great coffee food, views of the lake. Dropped us off. Will certainly go back. We were there for our son's wedding. Can't recommend enough. Roof Terrace was amazing to have your breakfast on. Our whole family was staying in Como our apartment was the best value for sure.

Luca is an extremely warm, thoughtful and friendly host who added little touches to the accommodation to make our stay comfortable - providing breakfast items, a bottle of wine etc. He is also the only host out of all our stays this trip kind enough to tell us our child below 14 years old does not need to pay tourist city tax. We were not aware of this age qualification! Accommodation had everything we need. The only issue for us was the cold at night, due to the building's central heating hours limitation.

We loved everything!

Perfect location, perfect size, and the best host ever. Luca was such an impeccable host and even picked up and dropped off our large party from the train station. He is extremely knowledgeable about the location and gave us so many tips! The location is close enough to the city center/lake but far enough from the crowds. The view from the apt is gorgeous and we spent so much time enjoying the view. The apt has everything you could ever need and more. It was a home away from home and clearly loved by Luca. I just wish we could have planned a longer stay. Loved the location better than Bellagio or Varenna and our entire party of 6 enjoyed every minute. Ciao Luca and we’ll see you again soon! The penthouse was beautiful and well stocked with everything you might need. Our host Luca goes above and beyond. He’s exceptional in every way. He gave us so many suggestions for the area.(restaurants and walking directions to the city center.) The apartment has an elevator which is needed. It has a wonderful balcony that looks down on the lake and the views at night are spectacular. Luca drove us to the train station when we were leaving which was so helpful. He made two trips to accommodate the four of us. If you have any questions, Luca will reply in a timely manner. You can tell that he enjoys meeting people and sharing his lovely apartment.

Our host Luca was very welcoming upon our arrival. He spent a lot of time explaining everything about the penthouse. He also gave us great advice about the resort which was of great assistance as it was our first visit to Como. The penthouse was spotlessly clean and had a wonderful view from the large balcony. I would have no hesitation on recommending this wonderful penthouse.
