How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I loved the location and how easy it was to get to a few of the tourist attractions and food. The place was clean and our host was AMAZING! We loved our stay , it was one of the best guest house wéve tried, the room was spacious and clean, the instructions were received before our arrival and were clear, the area was great just 6 mns walk to the vatican, and of course Georgia, she was so welcomming and helpful , always smiling and answering all our questions, for sure we will be back 😍

I cannot say anything bad about it, we loved every minute of our stay.
First of all, thank you Giorgia for being so accommodating and responsive, you made us feel welcome. The facilities are all new and modern, AC works without any issues and is a must in such a hot summer. The way you access the apartment was a surprise for us, but we got familiar with it quickly. Having a coffee station readily available to us was a nice touch. The location is really nice with many sights and connections available within walking distance. Next time we are in Rome - we would be happy to stay in this hotel again.

There wasn’t anything we did not like.
Beautiful room with sparkling bathroom serviced daily and room had an amazing view. We also loved speaking with Giorgia every day. She was so lovely to chat with and very helpful with giving recommendations. She is also very knowledgeable about the city and transportation and was always ready to be of service.

The only struggle was opening the door with the code since in the afternoon there was a problem with the wifi so we could not use the link just to open the apartment door but all in all we had a great time spending our short vacation in this property
The property is nearby the vatican and also the 5-10min walking distance from the metro.

We got room service every single day. It was nice to come back in the room very clean and with fresh towels. Also, there is a common room where you can eat, make coffee or heat up a meal. Best of all, they were able to accommodate us until 4:00 PM on our last day. They kept our luggages and let us use the common room and bathroom until it was time for us to go to the airport.

Only one small thing. The keys are electronic so you must have wifi/data to get into the building after hours/dinner. We discussed this with the manager and they said that there are keys available, my suggestion is get one if you are going out for dinner.
