I was after the summer season, few days after floods in Emilia-Romania, so maybe few things can be understand. In swimming pool water was cold and not so clean, which was poor alternative to the see, where swimming was impossible. When I booked a room I was looking at animation team, but I don't know if they still worked. If You travel by train, is far to the hotel from Cervia Centre and train station. There are buses running, but I didn't manage to catch one. If you have a small luggage, the best way is travel by electric scooter. You can rent it, there are a lot of them on the street.

Our room had a bathtub instead of a shower, which is impractical. You have to know the rules, which you have to find out for yourself, not from funny signs like "pay your spending four days before departure" or "we will fine you for taking a drink outside the bar") It is always necessary to come to the beginning of dinner, it ends at 8:45 at 8:50 PM they won't even give you a glass of water. They will not tell you at the reception that you have a discount for the beach. The reception staff has some problems with English, overall there is a bit of confusion (the cleaning ladies change clean towels, they want to clean just before departure, the reception does not record car license plates and as a result cannot solve that someone is blocking the roads in the hotel parking lot). Parking was a big problem on arrival, we couldn't fit in the hotel car park, there were no free or paid spaces on the street and there is no real car park for miles around. Later we were able to fit into the parking lot, but the staff never know if there is free space or not. The beach is quite expensive, the public beach is about 400 meters away.

The hotel matches the price. The breakfasts were rich and delicious, the appetizers for dinner as well (in the form of a buffet). The rest of the dinner is served, mostly it was good, except the fish. You are entitled to more courses than you can eat. All drinks including beer and good wine were free. The hotel has two pools that are not overcrowded, so it's nice there. All the inland rooms have a beautiful view of the pine forest and a minimum of buildings, the description of the hotel does not exaggerate in this matter. The surroundings are much nicer than usual in touristic areas, it is such a large forest.

The rooms are very old and moderately smelly. The stuff are Not fluent English speakers but they were friendly.

It was not pleasant for a business trip because I was accommodated in a section that looked like a dormitory where a school of students stayed one day, German teenagers the next. In the middle of the night, an incredible rumble and noise, voices from the operation woke me up from sleep. The door of the room had no protection against noise, the floor was made of tiles. The shower stall had a broken shampoo shelf. Breakfast was from 7-30 in the morning and if you need a meeting from 8 it is complicated. WiFi didn't work one day. Although I wanted an invoice for accommodation in the wish request, I did not receive this, with the fact that the hotel staff did not know about it and I only received a receipt.

Our room would need some attention to detail, toilet would only flush after some effort, sink could not drain since plug was stuck, safe did not work. Swimmingpool was green with algy and obviously not maintained.

Large room with a generous balkony. Clean. Very few guests since off season. Surrounding area completely dead, almost gost like. Sumptuous breakfast with an extensive selection. We booked including dinner - this was a really good deal and value for money.

The hotel looks nice from the street. If you enter inside you see pretty reception and everything like corridors are newly refurbished. However while you enter the room (and we payed more for room with seaview), you are suddenly little nit dissapointed. The rooms and their equipment are obsolete. The A/C didn’t work properly and the bed was very uncomfortable. There are also nice swimming pool, but during afternoon it becomes quite dirty.

The restaurant and their dishes were remarkable.

Room requires cosmetic repair and renovation. It's a pity that the pools are unheated.

The staff are very attentive and helpful (especially the waiters). Number was clean, cleaning was every day. Good standart breakfast. Very tasty lunch and dinner which you can choose from the menu. Good desserts and wine. Good thing balcony with beautiful park view. Good location for a holiday by the sea.
