Its close to main attractions and it s good they have 24 hour reception. The only problem is the heating, i felt a litlle bit cold. However it s okey overall

Knowing that is in the last floor, the elevator is so small even for the carry on bags, it’s imposible to take it. We had problems with the door the last night and it was not easy to find a solution about it because you have to go outside the building with the same keys to turn on the light and also to open the main door. A suggestion is to give the keys separately.

Not very clean, there were marks on the green bed sheet, the titles were cracked and messed up, furniture was very worn. Overall doesn’t seem like much effort was put into the room

old and dark, there was 1 elevator for the building which could fit 1 person and a small bag comfortably, 1 large suitcase with 1 small person standing sideways. door locks very difficult to open

issues with hot water and how rude the boy that works at night is. it said it had air conditioning and in fact this is correct but we could not use it since this boy from night reception told he could not give us the remote control due to governmental energy consumption regulations

There was no handle from the inner side of the bathroom door, so no one couldn't get out if someone would not open it from the room side. Doors of the shower cabin were living their own lives separately of the cabin,it seemed they were not from there - I couldn't close it at least once for staying,they were not mounted accordingly. One of the beds was pushed through.

Wifi was very unstable, slow and sometimes not available. The room was clean, but the corridor and stairs were not that clean. Besides, there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. It's an old building, so issue can come up. We had no hot water one morning but they fixed it immediately. Florance had a drain problem when we went, so there was a bad smell, this issue could not be resolved by the property, obviously. But it was a pungent smell. Old city's. It's all part of traveling through time.

Before entering the room, I saw the last comments on booking that the room was cold. so before I checked into the hostel, I asked the person in charge of the hotel if the room was warm. because it was very important to us. he also told me that the building is completely renovated and there is no heating problem. I trusted him and entered the room. we set the air conditioner to the highest temperature, there was only one small heating thing in the room and our room was on two floors. My sister on upstairs was really cold. Downstairs we were also very cold. The next day we went to the hotel and told the situation. they also gave us only 2 blankets. Again, it wasn't enough for us to warm up. so my advice to you is don't stay here when the weather is cold.

I didnt like the independent building with doors always open, 0 secuity, the stairs are weirdly shaped in the bedroom and had a sharp pointy part where we all hit our head at least 3 times each despite the attention.

We didn’t have heating and hot water in the evening around 2-3 hours. But hotel’s stuff solved this problem.
