Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

There was no free parking available, and the refrigerator in the room wasn’t working properly.
We stayed at a centrally located hotel in Moena and had a great experience. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our needs. It's a very family-friendly place, with a dedicated playroom for children. The spa was excellent and a perfect way to relax. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great start to the day. We also appreciated the discount vouchers for local restaurants provided by the hotel – a nice added bonus!

Perfect location and an inexpensive place to spend with family. The location is next to the river and next to restaurants. It is right across the street from the ski school office/ski rentals. The hotel was charming, inviting and very comfortable.

Would have preferred an earlier start say 07.00. This would have allowed us to get to more distant ski areas earlier.
Breakfast was good & perfectly adequate. Could be improved with a better selection of cold meats. Staff were friendly & attentive.

The car parking from the hotel was fully booked, the lady from the front desk recommended us to park at the public payment parking place opposite the hotel. Unfortunately she didn’t inform us that there will be a market every second Wednesday and therefore a part of the parking will be closed. The signage was very poor. We got a fine and our car was removed by the police. 5 other cars were removed as well….
The location is perfect, walking distance to the city Center, our room was spacious, breakfast buffet was good

Limited garage space. Google maps took us on the mountains, whereas the hotel is downtown.
The spacious and nice room, the swimming pool and wellness centre were a plus after a long day of hiking!

If the hotel had a bar or social space for the evening then it would have been perfect. Had to pay extra for parking, which we have never had to do be before. We chose the outside parking because it was cheaper, to park underground it was an extra 10 euros per day which is quite expensive.
Breakfast was very good and plentiful. the Spa facilities are amazing and we made good use of them. Good location to town centre, ski hire shop etc. Each room has it's own heated ski locker allocated which was plenty big enough for all our equipment.

Easier access to hot water/hot milk/hot drinks at breakfast would help. The number and placement of sockets in the rooms is a bit odd. Some USB sockets by the bed would help as there was only a single socket here and this was needed for the bedside light. All resorts seem to think you need to hang all your clothes so provide large hanging space but not enough shelves!
Lovely breakfast, great range of foods and helpful staff. Room size very good and spa facilities excellent. Perfect location and easy parking. Really nice to have a personal ski and boot locker included with heating - warm dry boots in the morning, bliss.

We did not like that we had to pay for parking or that there was not any vegan options provided for breakfast other than fruit.
We liked the location, the sauna and pool facilities and the room/lounge/bathroom.

That you have to pay for towels for sauna or swimming pool. You can use your towels from bathroom but I think 1 towels should be especially for sauna.
A beautiful view, big bed, clean and a variety of food on breakfast.
