We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. We arrived by bus and an easy walk to hotel with suitcases. The staff were very helpful with sorting out train tickets that had been purchased by me for the wrong date. Their two restaurants were superb . The location in the historic centre ideal. I enjoyed their rooftop pool and spa & gym.

The staff were extremely helpful in setting up a dinner reservation for me the night of my arrival since the hotel restaurant was closed that evening. They also arranged the taxi I requested, helped me with my luggage and just had a friendly and service first approach to helping their guests. Even the breakfast room team was exceptional.

We stayed at Adler Historic Guesthouse from 4th to 14th August, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The location is excellent — surrounded by charm, easy access to the town, and beautiful mountain views. The staff were exceptionally pleasant, supportive, and genuinely friendly, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with the added bonus of air conditioning which was a lifesaver in this summer weather. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel beautifully balances historic character with modern comfort. The breakfast was outstanding — a wide variety ranging from fresh healthy fruit to delicious eggs, cheese, and other local options. It was one of the highlights of our mornings! For the level of comfort, service, and quality, this hotel is also great value for money. I would highly recommend Adler Historic Guesthouse to anyone visiting the region and I sincerely hope to return again soon. A big thank you to the team for making our stay so memorable.

Beautifully restored historical hotel in the heart of the old town, just steps from restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and equipped with excellent modern amenities. This was the first hotel during our 14-day Tyrolean trip to have air conditioning—a welcome feature, especially with daytime temperatures reaching 95°F. Wonderful breakfast and great service. Highly recommended!

It would be nicer if the hotel has a jacuzi, which would be great if you come back from a cold rainy day climbing the mountains. The breakfast variety could be enhanced a bit.

It's good to be prepared for parking. To get to the hotel, you drive into the city center via a bridge. Not everyone feels confident doing this, but it is doable.

The only dislike is that the shower door makes a very loud popping sound when you open or close it.

This is a beautiful hotel, with a superb breakfast, very comfortable rooms and helpful, friendly staff. The hotel restaurant (Finsterwert/Oste Scuro) is also excellent - I highly recommend eating there if you can.

The hotel is beautiful, it is renovated but you can still see the beauty of the historic building. The room was big and the spa and outdoor pool were gorgeous. The hotel stuff noticed it is my husband's bday without us telling them and gave us a little surprise on breakfast which was amazing!

This hotel is a gem in Brixen old town next to cute restaurants and the Christmas Market. The building is beautiful and vibe is cozy and welcoming. Everyone was super polite. The room was very clean and had all the amenities (coffee super important 😊)! The spa and relaxing area was a bonus!! Breakfast had everything one could need!
