How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The was no fridge in the room.

It was a very neat room, very clean. But it was super cold, even with ac turned on. The breakfast was also nice, the staff were very polite.

Hard to find parking place during day. It wasn't problem during night. They try to keep my ID card with them, when I refuse that because it was my only document of identification, they did copy of my ID card. They also charge me two times city tax, first one on my check-in, second one on my check-out, even if I did stay only one night because woman who was there at check-in probably forgot to mark it that I have pay.
Room was clean, location good. Price excellent.

Very close to the center and beach.Breakfast with panini, salami, cheese, coffee or you can choose smth sweet like different cakes. Parking is in walking distance cca 3min, but during summer holidays, I believe to find free parking is like mission impossible.

The only downside is that it is very noisy. You will fall asleep and wake up with everyone else(((
I had a single room but very functional. Comfortable bed and pillow, enough space to put all the stuff you need. Perfect cleanliness, daily cleaning. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Everything, clean room, delicious food, distance from the beach and city centre and most importantly the friendly staff, always prepared to go an extra mile to make our stay as pleasurable and comfortable as possible. If we are to return to Riccione, we will choose this hotel over and over again. Keep up with exeptional work and service guys :)

My single room was a little small, could sometimes hear noise from the other rooms. I was very active so would fall asleep quickly anyway
Perfect location, wonderful staff and breakfast. Always a hot shower and blinds to keep the light out while sleeping

Nothing not to like. All good.
Overnight stay to see friend in Riccione... Amazing value for money. Really nice cosy well furnished single room. Luigi the host was very charming. A special mention to him, on check out I forgot my ID and he chased me down the road to return it. Very courteous. Speaks Italian and English so no language problems (English my mother tongue). Nice restaurants nearby, plenty of bars, beachfront as well. Nice and quiet just away from the beachfront so good night sleep assured. Balcony also, windows double glazed and good at soundproofing... Nice place, nice location, great price. 10 out of 10, 2 of those go to Luigi and his staff for being genuinely pleasant and interested in their customers.

The hotel is located a few blocks from the seaside (but still on the right side of the train tracks), in a very quiet neighbourhood with little through-traffic. Very friendly staff and great value for money.

Nothing. It was a great experience
When I saw the price I hesitated because it seemed too good to be true…. Really it is even BETTER than I could have imagined! They upgraded my room for free because they had the space (it was on a rainy weekend) The room was sparkling clean. The staff was literally the perfect balance of friendly and professional, allowing us space and being super attentive to what we needed. Possibly I sound a little over the top but it was such a nice experience and such a surprise for a good price like that. I have so many good things to say about the staff, they seemed to really like their jobs and there was an atmosphere of friendly professionalism that was fantastic. Also, Breakfast was very good, it was close to the beach and very quiet neighborhood. Definitely staying there again next time I’m in Riccione!
