Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The location a few steps from the metro station is very advantageous. CroatiaOn Booking.com, it was stated that airport transfer was included in the price, but this was not the case. This is a serious issue with Booking.com — very misleading advertising! The hotel charges €70–90 for the transfer, which is more than taking a regular taxi on your own (the fixed price from Fiumicino to Tiburtina Station, where the hotel is located, is €60). While the breakfast included a wide variety of options, some common items like sunny-side-up eggs, omelettes, and pancakes were available only for an extra charge. One night we had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was tasty, but the portions were too small and the prices too high. Additionally, guests are required to sit at small tables for two, even when larger tables are available, which was inconvenient. The surrounding neighbourhood can feel a bit eerie at night, possibly because the area serves as a transit point with both train and bus stations nearby.
The staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English. They were extremely informative about Rome’s attractions and full of helpful tips. Breakfast was excellent—fresh and wide variety of breakfast options available—though it was the same each day (we stayed for 9 nights). The room and hotel, including the dining area, were exceptionally clean. The room was a decent size. Included in the price was one bottle of water per person per day, as well as a coffee capsule for the in-room machine. The reception operates 24/7, which is very convenient. There’s a good connection to the city centre via the metro, and also to Fiumicino Airport. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Tiburtina train and metro station, which offers a direct train to Fiumicino Airport (only €8, approximately a 45–55 minute ride). Internet connection was excellent.

Australiathe room could use a fresh coat of paint, as it looked a bit worn. While outside noise wasn’t an issue, noise from the hallway and cleaning staff started quite early—around 7:30 or 8:00 AM—which could be disturbing. The staff were polite but could be more welcoming. Also, only two coffee capsules, water bottles, and cups were provided—just the bare minimum. While extras are available upon request, it would be more convenient and thoughtful to offer a few more from the start.
The property is conveniently located near the train station, which made arrival and departure easy. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service was efficient and consistent. There was no noise from outside, which made the nights peaceful.

HungaryIt was located in an unpleasant area and the hotel didn’t have its own garage. They told us to go to Garage Tiburtina, but there were two Garage Tiburtinas and we accidentally went to the wrong one. Please go to Garage Statzione Tiburtina if you are going by car and not to the other Tiburtina garage. The breakfast was mediocre and for anything better than the small selection of the breakfast included (eg. for pancakes and all egg dishes, except for the unappetizing scrambled eggs), they charge extra (and it still wasn’t very good). The breakfast crew was not particularly polite or active.
It was modern and had good access to the subway. The room size was decent and the lobby looked pleasant. It was also close to several stores and a great pizzeria called Stradaromana. The reception staff was helpful.
