Such a relaxing stay here, the room was clean , comfy and the view was stunning. Lots of parking & amazing breakfast put together by the host.

What a location, perfect waterfront views from both our room and the breakfast terrace. Such a quiet spot in comparison to the hectic feel of Bellagio. Welcoming hosts, a generous and delicious breakfast and absolutely spotlessly clean. And a couple of good restaurants within 5 mins gentle amble along the water.

The bed was too soft. It would have been nice to have a bottle of cold water in the fridge, it was a hot day and shops are far away.

Beautiful room in a renovated house. Host was lovely. Delicious, plentiful breakfast - served on the deck when sunny. The road is a little tricky, but worth it to be in such a lovely quiet location. nice restaurants nearby and there's a fridge and kettle which is handy if you don't want to drive you can stay and relax.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views. The peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect getaway, allowing us to relax and unwind completely. The property is set on lake Como , so clean and comfortable we could have just stayed . Attention to detail was exceptional. The owner is so warm and friendly and the breakfast was unreal . We had our double doors open over the lake and saw a family of deer running along the edge which we had never saw before . We would defiantly return as it was like waking up in the alps .

Sabrina was an excellent host. She provided a delicious breakfast with pastries, meat,cheese, soft boiled eggs, cereal, fruits, cookies, juice and coffee. So much food. Didn’t need lunch after that. The view from the room’s balcony is amazing. The balcony is hanging over the water and the view of the mountains and lake are just incredible. Took a walk along a path to the side of the property and it’s such a peaceful place. The room is so nice and bathroom is spacious by European standards. We loved our stay.

Exceptional views for the money! Bed was comfortable. Clean and tidy. The host was really friendly and attentive. She went above and beyond with putting rose petals on the bed and balloons as a surprise for my boyfriend. The balcony was large and views were breathtaking at all times of the day.

Stunning view across Lake, balcony and comfortable room. Everything was great, the bathroom and bedroom was spotless. We'll equipped and very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional, with small extras such as Halloween cookies . Definitely would highly recommend.

Not much to dislike except the WIFI is very slow

The property is in Ascio, a beautiful small town just north of Lake Como ( approx' 30 mins to Mennagio or Varenna (short ferry ride to Bellagio from both). BTW Varenna is nicer than Bellagio. The property looks out on the lake/river and the mountains. The views are stunning. Hiking is great around the village but challenging. The host is lovely and the included breakfast is large and fresh. Overall, an exceptional experience

There was some problem with a/c, it was fixed right away as we mentioned it but afterwards it stopped working again.

There was nothing we were unhappy about.

We loved this B&B at the top of Lake Como. The owner was very friendly and the room was nice and spacious with a balcony right on the lake. The bathroom was a decent size with a great shower and toiletries were provided. The breakfast was amazing - so much delicious food and a lot of it was homemade - it was a lovely way to start the day. A car is the easiest way to get to Adeline and there is parking right outside the property with stairs up to the accommodation. We found a nice restaurant for dinner about 5 minutes walk away which was perfect for us. All in all a great stay - it would have been nice to have been there for longer than one night for sure!

We liked everything about the property, however the location is a bit far from main Como attractions and towns, only a few restaurants in the village with average food.

We stayed for a night and we greatly enjoyed it. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and of course the view was amazing! Everything worked and the room was clean. The host was very nice and welcoming, always in touch. The breakfast was very good!
