Giovanna was an excellent host. Provided useful restaurant and beach recommendations. The apartment was in a good location beside the market. It was well provisioned with a washing machine and detergent. Air conditioning was effective.

This is the best apartment I have stayed in on vacations. It’s fully equipped, in a busy lively part of town but totally quiet inside the apartment, the host is a very good communicator and I could not recommend it enough. Thank you Giovanna.

The apartment is situated in the heart of Alghero and within a few minutes short stroll to everything. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had everything you’d need for a great holiday including really comfortable beds a fully equipped kitchen and the balcony is a nice plus. It was also refreshing to actually meet and speak with someone to collect the keys, a nice personal touch! Giovanna is extremely kind and helpful with bus information, restaurants and so on. Nothing was too much trouble and she always responded within minutes to enquiries. We loved our stay and will certainly be back.

Excellent location in the centre. Spotlessly clean. The host Giovanna is so helpful and had wine and water in the fridge waiting for us on arrival. Beds are comfortable, televisions in all the rooms and everything you could need in the kitchen to cook.

10 out of 10. this apartment should have a 4 star rating. Everything you would need to cook at home was supplied. tea coffee marmalades etc. location super , everything a 5 min walk. Giovanna is a kind and special host. lots of information on Alghero and District. Great MAPS. a comfortable table and chairs on the balcony. and the price was very reasonable

Giovanna was the perfect host. Great communication before and during the stay. Very friendly welcome and great information in the flat. The flat had everything you could want with lots of thoughtful extras - beach mats, umbrellas, guide books, washing machine, toiletries etc.

This apartment was definitely beyond our expectation! We could live there forever :) A perfect place to stay in Alghero - the apartment is furnished in a very convenient way, it's spacious, it has all the amenities you could think of. It's clearly visible that the host pays attention to detail and wants their guests to have the best stay possible! It was very comfortable to stay there and the host was super friendly and helpful. It's on a quiet street but at the same time close to the city center and a walking distance to the beach. It has a separate AC unit in each room, all the equipment like washing machine, hair dryer, coffee machine, etc., as well as some supplies in the bathroom in case you need anything.

Great contact with host. Very practical with door separating living area from sleeping area. Very sound proofed between the rooms and with the outside when windows closed. Perfect location. 1 minute from the old town yet far enough away to sleep with no noise. Market at the end of the road. Concerts in Lo Quarter.

I have nothing to say here because it was all perfect and we were very happy with everything. I would not hesitate to recommend Ada's House, it was like a home from home, loved it. It was just a pity that we could not stay for longer!

The appartment is located in the city centre, 1 minute from the bus stop. All important services are within walking distance including food stores, restaurants and market. The appartment was really clean and very good equipped. We felt very confortable, everything was perfect. Giovanna is very kind and helpfull. I fully recommend this accomodation.

Mattresses in the twin room (two singles) could have been a little more comfortable for an adult. Otherwise the place was perfect.

The property has everything you need and more! Giovanna is the hostess with the mostess and has provided you with every little comfort you could want for a short or long stay. She is so kind and considerate. The location is superb - minutes walk from everywhere you want to be - old town, waterfront, parking, restaurants, shops, sights. We spent many an hour on the balcony watching the world go by.

nothing really - only thing to bear in mind we were just two adults might be a little tight if there were four adults ! there is a very popular local bar up the way but it didn’t bother us as we were out a lot and loved hearing the music from balcony - once inside with windows closed can’t hear anything!

location !! right beside old town and short walk to promenade . We found the walk to Maria Pia beach very nice - about 30mins by the ocean flat all the way ! the apartment had everything you could need - shampoo, body wash , conditioner - all toiletries! lots of kitchen essentials too ie coffee tea bread salt pepper and much more but we ate out everyday so didn’t need them . Giovanna was extremely helpful ie iron wasn’t working and within 5mins was there with another one - also we wanted to book driver for La Pelosa and she gave us a number - chauffeur driver arrived with gorgeous car and it was cheaper than taxi ( however buses run there from June 1st) Ned really comfy and absolutely loads of towels ! beach umbrellas and mats also there. We loved the balcony and would have pre dinner drink and apres dinner drink on it - area we actually used the most.
