Location, you are in the city center and the hotel is in the historical area. We had the view of the tiny street via Roma from our balcony where many restaurants and shops are located. We had the breakfast served in the room and the coffee or cappuccino can be made by the coffee machine in the room. The car can be parked in Talete parking, without passing the Ztl zone. The parking costs 15 euro per day (it is possible to use the app even though 2 euro of commission is charged for 15 euro, since the payment machines are often out of service) 8 min distant by walk from the hotel. For safety, we informed the hotel staff our car mumber to be communicated to the authority so that our car can be permitted also in the Ztl zone.

The room was clean, and the location was central. The breakfast was also generous. The staff were friendly. We had a good stay.

Parking was not in a local garage as had been indicated. Staff assume control and do valet Parking however we had to wait 45 mins for our car on check-out day as they kept the car keys. This option is €25 and is cash only.

Our room was on the first floor overlooking the busiest street of Ortigia, and there was noise from the street until late at night.

The people working here were friendly, polite, and open. Like all Italians I suppose ☺️ They went that extra mile to satisfy our every need. The manager spoke excellent English and communication was not a problem at all. The breakfast delivered in the room ,was fresh, tasty, and generous. The maids polite, perfect in their work and very discreet. An added bonus was the excellent bar- restaurant next door to the hotel, in it's open yard which contributed even more to making our stay excellent. Highly recommended.

For cons, we only had one set of keys for the four of us, and an extra key wasn’t available. One night, our friend who returned earlier fell asleep, and we couldn’t get in or contact anyone for help. Thankfully, he eventually woke up, but it was a stressful experience.

Perfect location with a great breakfast selection. Everything was spotless, with towels and toiletries provided. Despite the window facing a busy street, it was fairly quiet. The air conditioning was fantastic - very strong and a welcome relief after a long day in the sun!

The Acropolis shower was extremely tight, even for petite to average people.

Livingston Hotel reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel delivered extremely generous breakfasts to the Acropolis residence. The location of the Acropolis could not be better.

Perfectly located In the centre of Ortigia. Staff assistance available at all times - kind, efficient and professionally. The room was very clean and there were daily fresh towels, water and cleaning service. The breakfast was very good and well served. We are very happy with Residence ACROPOLI and I would not look further next time. Excellent stay. Thank you

No sign of the balcony that had attracted me in the photos.

Centrally located in the beautiful Ortega. No problem checking in. The B&B was open and I phoned then to get the key to our room. Nice large room with balcony onto the interesting street, quiet. We had breakfast served in our room.

The check in process was a bit cumbersome as we had to go to another hotel 6 minutes away from this property (note that it can be difficult to traverse the small streets of Ortigia when you have a suitcase).

Great location near Piazza Archimede and some great restaurants. Piazza del Duomo is only a few steps away. tasty breakfast delivered to our door. Room is spacious.

We found it very difficult to get response from property by telephone. We didnt realise that we had to check in at a hotel some distance from the prooerty.(email had been sent to advise us of check in at hotel however we did not view it as we were traveling at time) We had to order breakfast in advance and coffee/tea etc was limited to 1 sachet of instant coffee per person. Very disappointing

I liked that the location was next to the city center,the bed was soooo confortable and the lady so nice!!!She helped us eith the luggage so that we don t have to carry it aeound the city even after the check out,which was really important for us.The breakfast was also absolutely AMAZING with a stunning view.I will definetely come back!GRAZIE❤️

Difficult to park in Ortigia, and check-in / breakfast are at an off site location from the room. The bathroom could be improved (shower head was broken and there weren’t many toiletries offered).

Great location at the heart of Ortigia, and the breakfast was a fantastic buffet overlooking the sea.
