The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, right next to footbridge to Civita Di Bagnorgio and free access to the town is included with your stay.

Nothing it was I had a very pleasant stay.

It's an amazing experience to stay in this lovely property. It's very very close to, just down the path to the "sky tower". so convenient that we can walk to see the sunrise and dawn in this beautiful spot. Very kind of the owner for introducing everything to us and deliver the breakfast for us. It has spacious rooms and my kid is exciting to stay alone in the rooftop room.

Amazing location at the entrance of the bridge to Civita Bagnoregio, you don't have to pay the 5€ entrance.. Communication with the hosts was great and clear. The room and common areas are nice, clean and in good conditions, breakfast brioches and coffee are also tasty!

Only small things, the rest is excellent!! The shower division needs some thicker silicon because the water falls out on the floor quite easily. Also some more hooks to hang towels would be great! Also thicker, darker curtains in the room would also be appreciated!

Ideal for one night stay. The house has very nice atmosphere. There are just two rooms in all BaB. Our room for 4 was rather small but sufficient...Host are very nice and welcoming, although our arrival was bit messy...The house is just in front of the bridge leading to the Civita town, so you will be right in the spot, you will get your ticket to Civita for free, parking is possible close to the house on the private terrace for 15 EUR, or you can leave the car on public parking spot for 5 EUR which is also very close. It was very piece and quiet durign the night.

The breakfest was bought fresh the evening before, so by the morning it was not so fresh any more, but not such a big deal for us...For those who do not like italian breakfest, there is nothing more than sweet pastry and coffee/milk/tea.

We loved everything! Really couldn't find anything that we didn't, it was just amazing. The hosts were very informative and were willing to help in any way. The fresh baked goods from the local bakery for breakfast was the cherry on top! Can't wait to visit again; hopefully sooner than later.

Overlooking the old town of Bagnoregio and easily accessible. Secure private parking is available nearby for a fee. Breakfast is provided at a low cost at the owner's convenience.

The perfect position to explore Civita. Plus it includes the entry fee so you can visit as often as you want. Fresh pastries for breakfast. We were able to park our car nearby. Great communication.

Close to the bridge and entrance included. The staff is great and very service minded.

The parking is inside a ZTL zone. According to the owners it’s okay to enter temporarily. The communication regarding the ZTL could be improved.

Location was perfect, personalised service and breakfast were all very good . Use of kitchen and fridge . Entry to Civitia is included in the accommodation so we were able to visit for dinner in the evening and again before check out . The bathroom products are very nice also.

No air conditioning made it difficult to sleep . There is a fan but and even with windows open it was very hot during summer

The owners are really nice and helpful, also the location is right near the bridge to civita so we could enjoy many hours of quiet and peaceful time in the area, early morning or later afternoon, without the turist crowds.

This gorgeous apartment is located right at the entrance of Civita di Bagnoregio, which is why we booked it. Andre was very friendly and helpful. He arranged an early check-in and dropped my partner back to the accommodation after parking the car.

Beautiful setting and perfect location. Helpful and pleasant owners.

If the cleaning lady was not so persistent to get in 45 min before our check out time, our stay would be perfect.
