The staff is very friendly, made the check-in/check-out very smooth, and welcomed us every time we entered the building. The room is a bit old, but the mattress is new and very comfortable. Overall, a good value for money.

The breakfast was weak(toast, jam and cooked eggs, to mch sweet stuff), they should update it with some fruits and VEGETABLES or more options, Coffee was really good. The room was a bit dark, but nice and clean.

Nice ambiente, personal always helpful if we had some questions, clean and comfy, located in a quiet area, around 20min to center.

Room furniture is quite worn out, as well as some of bathroom instalations; climatization seemed to be struggling to cool down the room; refrigerator was out out of order

Good location, it has basically all you need for a short stay, we picked it because it was fairly close to San Siro stadium. If you are attending event there and don’t mind relativly old furniture and equipment, it is good choice. It was quite clean though, and the staff was pleasent.

There is no air conditioning it was not working for 10 days the weather was very hot and when I told them no action

The breakfast was simple and the room was small. An unpleasant smell came from the bathroom drains. TV channels all in Italian. No reserved parking at the hotel, but you can park on the road.

The staff were super nice and helpful. The hotel is well located, as we were by car. The rooms were well cleaned every day. The beds were well tidy every day.

The hotel was nice and we were welcomed by a very kind receptionist, who was really helpful and even gave us a free upgrade on our room (she gave us a bigger bed as a couple). Everything was clean and all-over the stay was really nice. Only thing that we weren't satisfied with was the breakfast, which was only composed of only processes foods, almost nothing fresh, only effort they made was boil whole eggs and put out toast bread, ham and cheese. That was the only disappointment in our stay, other than that it was really nice :))

No internet, there was an issue with the router, the refrigerator was not working but they helped us to store whatever we wanted in their kitchen refrigerator.

The shower cabin is too small & the water stream-very slow. Breakfast lacks on fresh vegetables ( e.g.tomatoes, cucumbers, salad leaves) & omlette.

The hotel is quite old. In the lobby or diner it is not very bad. In the rooms it looks very bad the old walls carpet and furniture. In the room they put a lot of perfume to cover the old smell. I could not sleep with that and hâd to ventilate a hole day. After that You could feel the really bad and strong old room smell. The walls have textile tapet in them that must be 50 years old and full of dust and vad smell.

Location was ok for us thow not close for walking to any important site but we knew that. Tram and bus in front with 20 min to Dome. Bathroom ok relatively modern and good clean. Bed good matress. Was quiet in this period thow the rooms are next to the roade with tram. Windows have also rollers. Heating/ ventilation still works thow must be from the 80's. Very good pastery for breckfast with good cappuccino.
