Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The apartment is well equipped and well organized. It was beyond our expectation. The location is too perfect next to the station and close to transportation. The host is a pleasant, kind and welcoming person. I highly recommend this accommodation because I really enjoyed the staying and it made my trip to Florence more than perfect.

United StatesWe left the windows open during our stay and there’s no screen. It’s been a rainy few days so mosquitoes were abound. My husband and I were peppered with mosquito bites in the morning.
Location was about 10Mins walk to the tram. Tram was easy to figure out. Breakfast was alright. We dont typically eat cake in the morning. The place itself is quite roomy. WIFI is excellent. Host is awesome. She provided transpo information, places to eat and saved us from renting a car! She also checks in to ensure we have everything we need.
