The parking is really really small. Only about 8-10 cars fit and if you go out you will definitely lose your spot as it happened to us and you will have to search for one out in the street and being Genova Italy, it will take you a long time to find one and really far away from the hotel as it happened to us two nights in a row. So if you need parking, I suggest searching for a different hotel.

The staff is amazing. They are very kind and eager to help . They make you feel welcomed. The staff at the restaurant especially at breakfast are really great.

Staff service was great!! We had a really bad experience with another booking where it stated false information so had to do another reservation to the AC last minute, getting there at midnight and even at that time they did some grilled sandwiches and sent it to our rooms for my kids to eat. They were extremely nice and helpful

The staff at breakfast, particularly the lady in charge, were not very kind or helpful. The baby cot was a bit worn and dirty.

Very close to Gaslini Hospital. The city center of Genoa is also not far away. The room was nice and quiet, even though the hotel is located on a very busy road. The reception staff were helpful and kind.

It said super fast internet but the internet worked so slow.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. There was a standard breakfast. The staff were helpful. Since we rented a car, we could easily reach the center and having a parking place was an advantage.

Low chairs in restaurant area, have to lean forward constantly to reach the table and your food… look amazing but not at all practical .. ambulances very loud all night are annoying. Meals in restaurant are ridiculously small and very expensive. Only had 1 and still felt hungry after spending 55 euros. Pillows a bit flat

The heat is WAY too high at night. Impossible to adjust in the room. My credit card was charged before I did the check out (and I wanted to pay in cash)

Location: easy (and free) to park around the hotel. Highway is pretty close to the hotel (5 mins away) Comfy and large room. Nice staff. Hotel is well maintained and very clean.

The gym is really poor in equipment
