First, thank Sonia and the team for their quality service. They made us live a very pleasant experience in a remote area of ​​Syracuse, but it is ideal to rest in the middle of the agriturismo. I could not recommend this B&B more, beautiful room, pool and common area. Sonia is the most amazing host and is so welcoming and really makes it feel like you're at home. So many amazing little touches everywhere ! We were so sad to leave after our stay and will definitely be returning!

Abbentu was a lovely small b&b with large comfy rooms and a sweet pool and garden to relax and cool down in (especially good after visiting the sites in and around Siracusa). It had a wonderfully friendly atmosphere and an amazing breakfast with absolutely delicious cakes! The staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It was a lovely stay.

We spent 3 nights at Abbentu and it was perfect! Sonia makes you feel like at home. I was going to have a job interview on the same day I was checking out, and Sonia offered her study, which was very kind. The rooms are spacious, and the whole b&b is beautiful. There's a beautiful beach 3 min away by car that looks like from the Caribbean. There's also a great beach club on the beach where we spent most of our time.

The location is a little remote if you’re worried about driving in the evening.

What a beautiful stay at this idyllic place. Sonia, Nella and all the team were so kind. They couldn’t do enough for their guests even baking sugar free cakes for us !! Spotlessly clean and comfortable with a super plunge pool for those hot days. Bedrooms spacious with all the amenities of a great hotel.

That we only stayed one night!

Everything is done wiyh an eye for detail and with exquisite taste. The host is terrific and very amenable. Food is wonderful with lovely cakes provided to sample for free! Loved the location; quiet but close enough to Syracuse and environs. What a shame we only booked one night- would definitelybreturn for a longer stay.

- property a bit far out of the city, but not a long drive (10-15 min). Just not much immediately around - we couldn't use the pool because of a sandstorm the days before, but that's just a reason to come back

We stayed only one night and I have wished to stayed more. The location is nice and quite when you enter this B&B you feel total relaxation. The room is super clean and the breakfast was really good. Staff was super. Sonia & Nelly where so helpful. You need a car to see some places since the place is rural but overall I will definitely go back.

We liked everything about the property. You would need a car to get to restaurant, but we ate a late lunch whilst out and took back cheese, meat, & breads for a leisurely supper.

Abbentu is a wonderful place, set back from the hustle and bustle in a quiet area of lemon and olive groves but close to beaches, Siracusa and Ortigia. Our hosts Sonia and Nella were super friendly and accommodating. Every morning we had an amazing choice of Sonia’s wonderful freshly made cakes and pastries as well as other fresh local Sicilian food. The space of Abbentu is so peaceful and pretty, a beautifully designed plunge pool surrounded by comfortable seating and lounging areas, trees plants and cactuses. Also available is a beautifully designed and comfortable indoor lounge complete with cake, chocolates and home made liqueurs available through the day. Our room was new, clean fresh and cleaned daily. Bathroom also very clean and new.

Location is peaceful and quite but requires a 10 - 15min drive to have some restaurant options.

Beautiful bed and breakfast with the absolute best hosts! Breakfast was 10/10 with many options, fresh homemade cake and fresh orange juice from the trees in the garden. Private parking space. Overal great experience, would recommend to everyone!

Beautiful and well-cared for facilities. The pool area, rooms, central areas were very pretty. There were many thoughtful touches like the all-day cake selection, and drinks. Also, beach and restaurant recommendations written out for you to explore. Good proximity to beaches and siracusa. The hosts were very welcoming and always helping. Also the breakfasts were the best we've had - all homemade.
