Old and tired. Twin beds very small and various power points did not look safe. As we were three floors up the plumbing was noisy.

Not as private feeling as we perhaps would've hoped. Our room was close to the check-in desk and breakfast area, and we could hear everything through the door.

Since English was difficult we didn't receive much help about recommendations in the neighbourhood, so we figured it out for ourselves. The walk from the train station to the hotel was easy.

It was a place to sleep, nothing more. A few stairs to the apartment, decent English, and a breakfast of breads and jams. Good location to the train station. They also were very kind and let us store our luggage on site after our check out time.

The staff only talks in Italian and doesn’t matter if you can’t understand; the breakfast only is served by 8 to 9:30 am and if you need to leave earlier for a tour or so, you lost it, we asked if they can make us coffee earlier because we need to leave the hotel before breakfast time and it was only possible if we pay an extra quote; my sister got bitten by some bug in the bed, when she woke up had so many bites and itch; the beds make so much noise when you move

The building has a very long staircase and no lift. I don't mind but I am sure that elderly people could find this a problem.

This place is just a basic accommodation, but that is what I wanted. There is a breakfast, but I left too early in the morning to try it out. I usually don't eat breakfast anyway. The man at the front desk was very helpful. The room has only the essentials: bed, closet, TV, AC, desk and chair, bathroom with shower, and a small refrigerator.

The bathroom is extremely small, and the separation of the douche is a curtain so is not to hygienic. Will be ok if the bathroom has a glass separator. Unfortunately there is not lift, but it’s and old building so was expected. So my big bag need to be carry by me and my daughter while my husband was letting the car in the parking so this can be challenging.

The decoración of the room to me was Nice, the theme is artist. I felt like sleeping in a museum. The place is very central so you are very close to the main attractions. The staff help us with printing our tickets for the museum which was very nice.

The rooms are quite old. The beds are very short if you are a standard person and our bathroom was outside the room.

Difficult to find initially because of the obscure entrance. The trek up the stairs was tough with luggage.

The bathroom was not very nice but what can you do in an old building! and although we knew at booking it was external to our room, we had to walk across the hallway where people were having breakfast to get to it! That said it was cleaned and the staff were very nice.

Location was brilliant. Very close to the train station and the centre. While not perfect , this hotel is ideal for a budget stay. Really lovely breakfast as well.
