This is for “a peace of Rome” as the place I had booked was not available due to a technical incident . The location is great , midst of Roman life , shops, cafes , restaurants around . The place was very clean and the bathroom new. The staff was super friendly!

There was nothing wrong .

We loved everything. From booking the stay to arriving at the property Edoardo answered all our questions, recommended transportation and was available to help us at all times. He made sure we had a perfect stay in Rome. The location was perfect as it was not sat in the busy busy centre but a short walk away. It was very secure. We liked that the rooms had electric metal shutters outside of the windows to keep the sun out but also good for security. You could control it with switch in the room. I have never stayed anywhere as clean. There was not even a speck of dust on top of the wardrobe. The room was cleaned everyday. The cleaner was very pleasant & kind. The bed was extremely comfy we slept great good size for tall people. The facilities were very good. Air con worked brilliantly after being In 30 degrees. There were other guests although we did not bump into them and could not hear them the walls were thick. Placed to securely lock your bags away if you have a late flight after check out which we really appreciated. Very relaxed & trusting. We have both said we would stay here again when we next come to Rome. This review comes from two people.

We loved our stay! The hosts were so hospitable and always on hand either in person or a phone call / message away to answer any questions. The beds are super comfy, the rooms are bright and airy and very clean. Overall, it’s also very secure and in an excellent location. The shower was good and hairdryer was decent - usually they aren’t very good so this was a nice surprise. The room also contained a little mini fridge which was helpful. We absolutely intend on staying again and will recommend it to family and friends.

The rooms were beyond my expectations! Location was near enough to all the important sites and we could easily return back to rest our tired legs. Rooms were also very clean, well maintained and comfortable. There is a microwave in the common kitchenette, if needed. Daniela is also so responsive and helpful. Definitely worth all the good reviews it has gotten thus far!

Edoardo and his staff are superb hosts. He took his time to show us a map of Rome upon our arrival and how to best get about the city. The linen and room were refreshed every day. We will definitely stay the next time we visit Rome.
