The noise from the street, people yelling and singing at all hours, as well as the rubbish collection early morning. If anything maybe a bit of sound proofing would help?

The space was great, comfortable bed and the location was awesome - very close to walk anywhere l, laundromat around the corner and a bus stop being outside. Roberto was accommodating too!

The location is in the heart of Florence, in the historical centre. You have everything you need at the accommodation and you are close to the main attractions. The host vas very communicative and helpful.

There was a 50euro late checkin fee that was not declared when booking. Obviously we had no other choice since our flight was landing at night, felt a ripped off and like they were just trying to make some quick cash. Also a class window was smashed when we arrived, obviously hadn't been bothered to fix it.

There was a smell in the room, need to be renovated. It would be better to put at least water to drink in the room. We stayed 3 days, but there was not any cleaning service during those days.

Breakfast was not included. The location was superb and everything you need to see in Firenze is a short walk from the place. Be careful with the address. There are two number "12"s on the street, but businesses are written in red paint and residences use black paint. So if you arrive at a shop, keep walking until you see a black number 12. The room was a great size and had a fabulous interior balcony.

The room faced the street and it was very noisy - people talking, singing, shouting loudly until the bars shut at 2am, and then street cleaning and bin-emptying from 6am. We stayed in winter and the room was a bit chilly, the floor was extremely cold. Probably lovely in summer though!

The room was comfortable and clean. We received a warm and friendly welcome and there were maps and a guidebook available. The location is central and within easy walking distance of the main sights. Lots of cafés and restaurants nearby.

No iron facilities in the room. The rest was good enough for the price.

Location was perfect. From one side it’s not fare from train station and from the other is located in historic centre. Small open balcony was a plus. Room was not small and space was enough for 2 people. Bathroom was pretty big with good shower. Tea and coffee facilities are available. Personnel were very nice. Street is pretty crowded and noisy, though with closed windows it is not disturbing. AC unit was available.

The bedroom was too noisey of a morning. You were woke up very early every morning due to the noise from the outside street. New balcony doors may be needed, anything to stop this noise and it’s a 10/10 property 👍

We did get attacked by mosquitoes so perhaps a screen on the window might be a good idea .

The Location was amazing !! surrounded by loads of eateries and bars the area has a very cool vibe and comes alive at night very central and close to all the beautiful attractions florence has to offer . The host was very friendly and helpful , The room was ok and the bed was super comfortable with good facilities we would definitely recommend staying at A Teatro .

The reception was right outside my room, making me feel a little checked up on everytime I came and went. Room and guest house in general is definitely older (although I kind of liked the atmosphere of that), so don't expect luxury like in a hotel. Also, it's in a busy street so it can get noisy (especially on Friday/Saturday) but just bring earplugs and you'll be fine!!

Our bedroom faced the main street and it was SUPER NOISY! We had 2 very bad sleeping nights. The rooms doesn’t have glass of wine also and we had to buy it. The pillows and bed cushions MUST be changed urgently!
