Our stay in Matera was absolutely fantastic! The suite was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and stocked with all the amenities we could possibly need for an enjoyable visit. Upon arrival, our host greeted us personally, gave us a warm welcome, and walked us through the entire space to make sure we felt right at home. They went above and beyond by providing a detailed guide on what to see and where to eat in Matera, which made exploring this beautiful city even more special. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area and truly hope to return soon!

The apartment was big, clean and very nice. Each room has a bathroom and also living area and balcony. The host was very nice and left us water and juice for welcome. We also parked the cars outside the building for free. It is 10-15 min walk to the old town.

This was the perfect accommodation for 5 of us. 3 separate bedrooms, each with their own washroom & shower. It felt like home. About a 15 min walk downhill to the sassi area. Free parking can be found nearby. From this location you won't need a car to tour the historic locations of Matera. A recommendation for a tour guide was very helpful. It was one of our best walking tours with a guide. This was the most comfortable apartment during our 2 week visit in Italy.

Parking was a bit of a problem as there is no reserved space so we chose to walk instead of risking not getting space close to the building.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped. It is close to the historic part of the town. The host was helpful and made us feel welcome.

There was nothing that I didn't like about this place.

It was a beautifully decorated modern apartment with lots of space and bathrooms for every bedroom. The air conditioning was a godsend in the heat so we slept very comfortably. It was far enough out to get free parking out the front of the building while only a 15min stroll into the centre of Matera old town. I would stay there again! It was perfect.

I was so happy in my middle room but just minor complaints from my friens. One from main room said there was noise from the neighbor thrpugh the wall. The other from the other room said the fan in the bathroom was quite noisy. Overall we all loved the place.

The owner waited for us in front of the building and guided to the parking spot. The apartment got a lift which is good with the luggages. He gave us all the informations on the map and left complimentary water bottles for each of us and coffe pods were nice touch. The deco is neutral, clean and modern. Very comfortable and crisp beddings helped us to have good nights sleep. We very much enjoyed our stay there.

This property is wonderful for 3 couples. Each room has a bathroom. The walk to the ancient part of the city was doable. There is an elevator access in the apartment building as well. Lovely clean kitchen. The hosts welcomed us and explained the details of apartment to us. They were available to help us arrange a walking tour if the Sassi in the old part. We highly recommend this property.

Nice spacious three-bedroom apartment with a balcony to enjoy an aperitivo on. Our host was very accommodating especially since we arrived a little later than expected. He made great suggestions on where to go and eat during our short stay. The apartment is well situated with a short walk to scenic sites and is very easy if traveling with large luggage.
