Andrea was a great host, great communication, gave us many recommendations for Verona. The location is excellent. The apartment is comfortable and clean, good air conditioning which was essential in a heatwave, good wifi. Andrea communicates very early that the shower is small and there is no lift and you are on the second floor, so we were prepared for that and found the apartment met all our expectations. He describes it well when you book. I would stay there again and recommend.

Fantastic location in the centre of Verona, very easy to pop back during the day whilst exploring the city. Very clean and good facilities - able to do laundry/ironing etc Andrea was super helpful and accommodating, plus gave great tips on local places to eat

Fantastic stay! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, yet surprisingly quiet. Our host was exceptionally kind and helpful. He made us feel welcome, even offering to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip so much easier. He also shared some great local recommendations that we truly enjoyed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Nothing. Maybe a light on the ground floor. It probably had one but I had to use my phone to light the stairs.

The host was my favorite thing about this property. He was like a host/tour guide combo. He actually told us exactly how to get to this place by bus I really wanted to get to. He whatsapp us screen shots and gave detailed description. So helpful and friendly. Thanks to him we got to see the beautiful church built into the mountain. I can honestly say he was the best host I ever had and I stayed in a lot of properties. I attached pictures of the things we saw outside of Verona thanks to this host. The room was huge and very clean. But the host made the stay over the top awesome!

Andrea was a very accomodating and friendly host. He provided us with many useful informations and local tipps. The communication was also without problems. The room had everthing we needed (chairs, table, coat rag, wardrobe, bed, nightlights) and was very clean. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Furthermor, a big plus is the location, of course. The apartment is right at the city center, everything could be reached by foot, but even so it is situated within a busy tourist area, it was not loud during the night. All in all we were really happy to stay there and would highly reccomend Andrea's apartment.

(Not applicable to us, however,) A plump person might find it difficult to use the shower cabin as it is rather small. The staircase, being a bit steep, could pose a challenge to certain people as well.

If you are tired of hotels and want to see and feel the spirit of Verona, then this is your place! Pristine, yet offering all amenities one would look for. A very clean and quiet room in the heart of Verona, overlooking the backyard and the back of Juliette’s house! The chance to live “next door to Juliette”, for a while though, is not to be missed! It certainly adds up to the real feel of Verona. As for Andrea, he is the most hospitable, cheerful and helpful, yet non-intrusive host we have ever had!

The pillows were very thin, but we experienced this as well in other places so this is likely a preference.

It was simple which was fine because we were mostly out and about. Andrea was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was in the middle of the centre, we loved this :). He really helped us when we had a little trouble. Would definitly recommed!!

Andrea is an exceptional host. In addition to welcoming us extremely kindly, we checked in before the check-in time, he provided us with all kinds of information about places to eat, breakfast, pastry shops and even seat cushions at the Arena di Verona. And the location is great.

Amazing host who is friendly and gives amazing recommendations. Went out of his way to provide commuting suggestions. Responds promptly. Really comfortable stay and the most perfect location. You’ll be literally next door neighbours to Juliets house. Easy and close proximity to the bus stop that takes you to all famous locations. Lovely cafés and restaurants right next door.

Everything! Amazing central location but very quiet. The bed was clean and comfortable. Andrea was the best host we have had during any stay. He is so helpful with bar, restaurant and sight seeing suggestions and is very communicative. It was a perfect stay.

Loved the location and Andrea was super helpful with check-in and gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and places to see. I had forgotten that it was a shared apartment, so that came as a little surprise, but there's a private bathroom in the bedroom which was very nice
