The beds were a bit too hard, but that’s quite personal.

Last minute we had to stay in Rome. We were able to check in really fast. The room is spacious and clean. It’s pretty quiet, sometimes we could hear something, but not often. The staff is really helpful. We had to stay a second night and were allowed to check in again (after having checkout a couple hours earlier). There is a fridge in the hall. The location is great, 2min from Termini station. Airconditioning in the room.

They said that all the taxes and everything was included, but when I get to the place and do the check in they charged me €138 in cash (€50 a refundable deposit) The problem was that I didn’t have enough cash and you can’t pay it with credit card as on other stays …. So keep it in consideration if you are going to book a place here You need to pay this city taxes and the deposit in cash No credit card is accepted for this immediate pay when you get there

A little dated, but this didn’t negatively affect our stay.

Great location, friendly staff. A great stay on a budget. AC was great, especially with the heatwave during our stay! Private shower, and a good shower at that. Clean rooms, and clean towels/bedding during our stay.

I have zero complaints about building and room itself, the only drawback is the location. From what I could tell it was not the most touristy part of Athens, the streets were not exactly clean and well maintained. That being said all the people I interacted with were very nice and I never felt in danger. It could be just aesthetic but do research before booking.

Very high quality and clean room, nicer than hotels that are 2x the price. Good TV and cooking facilities, everything you need as long as you’re not cooking 3 meals a day every day. Never met the staff but that was not a problem at all because all my needs were met and questions answered through messaging the property, they were very responsive.

It's worth staying for the price as long as the small things are fixed

The worst about the place is the curtain. It's paper thin and at night street lights shining into the room which made the room very Bright at night. IT's hard to go to sleep with bright light shining in your face. So it took me a while to go to sleep. The bunk bed wasn't very stable. My daughter was sleeping in the top part initially, and it made so much noise even when she was turning slightly despite of the fact that she is only 60 lbs. I had to move her to the lower bed. The shower is also less than ideal, the head doesn't stay where it should be since the screw was broken, you have to struggle to fit in the shower head.

We were there during easter weekend, so parking was free and relatively easier to find a spot near the apartment. The location was perfect. It was very close to the train station and convenient to walk to lots of shops and restaurants. It's only half an hour walking to coliseum and Trevi Fountain. Bus and train are both very convenient to the apartment. The room is quite spacious and clean. The bunk bed can sleep two kids even though we only have one.

Because you leave deposit, it can be a little bit of a hassle to meet someone from the staff later to get you deposit back. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything and everyone, but it didn't bother us too much, I'm writing in case it does bother someone else.

The staff was really nice. They let us leave our luggage before room check in. Room is exactly as in pictures, everything was clean. All in all, great value for your money!

At check-in, I was surprised that a deposit was required – I wasn't prepared for that. The walls in the rooms are very thin, so you can hear everything happening outside your room.

The room was very clean, cleaned daily. The towels were changed a few times during the week-long stay, along with the bed linens. An additional advantage was the shared fridge and kettle. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location – close to the train station, with a supermarket nearby. The historic city center is about a 20/30-minute walk away.

The room utilities and furniture was very outdated . Almost everything hardly works .. and the lady /owner barbra asked for 50 Euros cash extra on my stay that was already paido off by credit card . on the side that she will return to me when i check out Dono for what reason. And said its hotel policy even though it never stated that on booking .

The location is great. Friendly staff .

The room requires repair, but overall it did not affect our pleasant stay there.

The room and sheets were clean. There was a minibar and a kettle for our use. The location was perfect. It takes only about 7 minutes to walk to the Roma Termini. There are also supermarkets nearby and the neighborhood is quiet. The staff is amicable and always ready to assist with everything. The building also has an elevator, so there were no difficulties moving our luggage.

the bathroom did not have a lock! there is a common space (a small loving room we can say) that the hot water boiler and fridge are there. there only 4 cups to use when there can be 12 people using them.

the location is nice as it is close to the metro and bus stations. the room was clean and there was a cleaning lady every day coming to clean the rooms. the bunk beda and the wheel beds were all ok.

The room was right by the termini, which was great, but it was about a 30-minute walk from the Colosseum/center of Rome, which got a little tiring. Very spacious, clean, incredibly sweet and accommodating host.

The beds were on wheels and the corners were easy to bang your legs on as they were wider than the mattresses.

We were in Rome for one night and needed a hotel close to the station and the location of this hotel was perfect. It was a little difficult to find initially as the reception is not in the same location as the room. The room itself is very basic and some renovations are still taking place but for one night it was fine and this is reflected in the price, which for Rome was cheap. The staff were friendly and we were also able to store our luggage for most of the following day before we left Rome which we appreciated.

Great location if you need to be close to Rome train Terminal. It’s within walking distance as are many restaurants and cafes. Staff member I dealt with was lovely and very helpful.

We were in the middle of a heatwave and the aircon in our room was a bit dodgy, produce a lil cold air but needed to have a few cold showers to cool down. The beds were two singles so had to keep pushing the beds together so you wouldn’t fall in (only bad for couples) but in this heatwave wouldn’t be snuggling up anyway just annoying to push the gap together.

Very welcoming staff, we arrived very early and were able to leave our bags at reception until the room was ready and we didn’t leave late on the day of check and were able to store our bags again in reception for an extra €5 which isn’t bad at all considering we had already checked out. Location isn’t too bad we were able to walk to the colosseum (20min walk) and Trevi fountain (15min walk from colosseum). Would recommend taking limes bike or scooter would save a lot of time. Train station is so close like a 2 minute walk.
