The apartment is on a third floor of a historic building, which is equivalent to a 5th of a modern building and the stairs difficult to climb, especially carrying luggage.

The best thing about the apartment is the proximity to the city centre. The room is comfortable, well remodelled and clean. The air conditioning is a good point too.

Because the building is quite old, there was a lot of noise coming from the water pipes during the night, which made it a bit hard to sleep. Other than that everything was good. Thanks!

The location was perfect—very central, and you could reach every part of the city within 10 minutes. Everything was just as described: an old building, third floor, no elevator. The apartment was clean overall, and I really appreciated the authenticity of the space. Thank you!

The very steep steps for the very many floors of the old building. Even though our guest room is on the 3/F of the building, it is equivalent to about 5th or 6th floor of a modern building. I could not carry a heavy luggage of 18kg all by myself from the ground floor to the guest room if without the support of my young nephew. I think it would be better to specify about the stairs for the consideration of guests before booking.

The location is very convenient. The room was well equipped with good maintenance. The bathroom was very clean and tidy. The host was very responsive to send a colleague to fix the light bulb which was out of order. Thanks so very much.

The bathroom uses a sewage filter which is somewhat annoying due to noise. In addition, the access to the room was through a very narrow staircase, with no possibility of taking an elevator. The self-check-in modality can be a problem for those who are not used to it.

The room is well located in Florence, a few blocks from the tourist points of interest. The room was spacious, and with windows to the street on the 2nd floor.

They gave me the password for the building and the apartment, but they forgot to mention that I should look for a key in the electrical box to enter. Stayed out of the apartment for 2 hours, couldn't reach them on What's up and I just started roaming round the door and look for a hidden key and found it.

It was super close to everything, the bed was comfortable and the shower was working great despite some reviews here mentioning it wasn't.

Didn’t look like pictures but still nice. Mould on the walls by the windows, a picture hanging out it’s frame. Heating was automatic so we were wrapped up in multiple layers and still freezing all night :( I guess you get what you pay for

Not very clean, especially the bathroom. The WiFi didn’t work at all and I informed twice the staff but they didn’t care. Regarding the floor and be more specific, the room wasn’t at the third floor but in the fourth.

-the fact that the blacket isn t put in a duvet cover and it s not hygienic -the soap dispenser wasn t working. even if i told this to the owner, they lied that they checked the room and everything was ok- not ok -the matress isn t so comfortable, it must be changed. -we didn t get invoice for the payment

On check out day, we left baggage in common area but coming back to retrieve those the door code didn't work anymore, we had to call several times around 30 mins to find the manager and he opened up the door remotely. Then we had to hurry in italian summer to the train station and literally catch the train.

The stairs were actually a living hell. My suggestion is do not stay here if you have any heavy bags because you might die ha. It felt like a bit of a crack den getting up to the room. It was quite hard to find. The water system is super loud whenever there is running water.

Overall it was okay, I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was okay.

The bed was very squeaky - it was so loud everytime you moved The shower/ toilet and sink when turned on caused a loud machine noise every 5 seconds

Overall, the stay was pleasant, but a bit of maintenance in the bathroom would enhance the experience. The water drainage system could benefit from a thorough cleaning to ensure a fresher atmosphere.

I had a very pleasant experience at this B&B. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing all the comfort needed for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent, close to the main attractions, making it very easy to explore the city. Although breakfast is not provided, this was not a problem, as there are plenty of cafés and bakeries nearby where we could enjoy delicious local products. The overall atmosphere was quiet and pleasant, and the hosts were very kind and available for any questions or recommendations. If you are looking for a comfortable, well-located place with a friendly atmosphere, this B&B is an excellent choice. I will definitely return!

There is no heating and the house is cold. I had to leave the room because of the cold and rent another place. I should have called the booking, but I was upset with the place and the picture does not resemble the place. It is very bad.

The shower was very very small opening and small cubicle, anyone that isn't thin build would struggle to get in and out of cubicle. Hairdryer didn't work. There wasn't a lift and the third floor is up 5 or 6 flights of stairs. Was a struggle with a suitcase, and bags. But a lovely stay and place.

Lovely room, cleaner was great with helping us gain access as the door number code wasn't working for us.
