A few steps from the station so that's quite convenient. Mattress and pillows were kind of alright. The vibe impressed me as I didn't imagine to find a Spanish style courtyard, I liked it. Also they gave us a proper welcome, with a small tour, thank you!

The cheap plastic chairs used to fence off the construction site for more redevelopment of backyard garages into similar rooms would be a great addition to the rooms, as there is no outside seating at all.

The rooms are well run by a hotel group, and tourist information at check-in is great. Nicely designed interior, be aware its in the backyard where the parking is, but definitely more than OK for two nights. There's a bakery right out the backyard's back door if you like a small breakfast, but they don't sell coffee there and there's no kettle

My room was next to the night entry. The doors are old and provide no sound isolation + the self closing mechanism slams them... I woke up a few times per night. But is probably a problem of only two rooms

Some common issues you could find in hotels: 1. The room is a bit small, ok for one person (normal size) , but too tiny for someone tall/fat or for two people. (Also the toilet bowl is too close to the sink) 2. Shower cubicle a bit blocked. 3. Sound proof quite poor, could hear people at the corridor speaking (could almost hear exactly what they say without opening the room door).

1. The location, right opposite to Mantova train station, 10-15min walk to most tourist attractions. 2. Reception staff look welcoming and always helpful. 3. Aircon strong enough for such hot weather (35°C outdoor) 4. Got a small fridge inside the room.

Good staff, good location, good private parking but is not free. 3 minutes walt to the center. Also graund ( zero) floor is available which is really checkin and check out. Breakfast is ok

The bathroom is very modest and too compacted for tall people. It was rather chilly at night and I was missing a proper duvet having instead 2 small light blankets. Check-out is rather early: 0800-1000

It is a very nice hotel, easy to find and ideally located if you travel by train. Hosts were friendly. The room was spacious enough for 2 persons, it was clean and rather cosy. Reality is even better than the pictures on the site. The hotel had 2 entrances, one of which is from the live street leading to the downtown. There are 2 bars on this street. We didn't have any breakfast paid, so cannot evaluate the quality hereof.

I took a budget room and so I was on the ground floor and couldn’t open my shutters. The room was still very secure. there was a little bit of street noise. You may want to spend a little more for a quieter room.

Spacious, well equipped and many thoughtful things provided for a comfortable stay. The hotel entrance is conveniently right in front of the train station (note the name may be different to your booking) but it is formed of different residences and so is not noisy from the trains. my room was in a lovely old building. It was a ten minute walk to the old centre but also close to buses.

Checking in is tricky if you don't know where the car park entrance is, as it faces a very busy road in front of the station and the entrance is a tight squeeze for a VW Golf, be aware!

Great city centre location with onsite parking which is 20 Euros a day, 5 minute walk to the main piazzas, very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are a good size, clean, if a little tired with a motel kind of vibe.

The park lot was very difficult to enter and no one wrote or said it to me before, even if I called. The bathroom was very very small, the room very noisy and not isolated, I could hear the noise from the breakfast, for example.
