Very charming upstairs studio. There was no AC and it was a heat wave but surprisingly comfortable due to being higher than surrounding buildings and good cross breeze from large windows and door to balcony and large ceiling fan. So no need for AC. Luca the host was great, met me at the train station and was accommodating to let me check out later while waiting for my next room.

We had the best short stay at Luca’s hotel in Vernazza! The space is located very close to the Vernazza train station and to the swimming bay, shops, and restaurants. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! We also really appreciated the coffee, tea, and sugar left for us. This hotel doesn’t have A/C, but with the windows open and ceiling fan on we were very comfortable even in the 90 degree heat! Having a clothesline was also amazing for drying our clothes and swimsuits after swimming. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Vernazza! Thanks for everything!

The bed is made of two single beds, so a bit uncomfortable there. The bathroom is a bit small but clean.

Nothing. But if you don't like steps and stairs, the Cinque Terre is not for you.

Perfect location and was quite comfortable. Luca met us from the train and showed us to the apartment. The location is perfectly aligned to Trek to Monterosa or to Manarola. Many restaurants nearby as well.

The location was amazing with easy access to the train station and main plaza. Luca picked us up from the station and showed us the path to the room and all amenities. Room was very clean with a comfy bed and everything you need for a couple calm days in Vernazza!

The narrow staircase is a bit hard for travellers carrying suitcases. But we already knew it before coming. Also the double bed mattress are actually two single mattresses, they may move a bit if you move around while sleeping.

Vernazza is the perfect location to explore Cinque Terre and the nearby towns. The host is very friendly and provides clear instruction via message box and WhatsApp on how to collect the keys. The location is easy to find and has a lovely view. The rooms are as described on the website, which have enough space to open our suitcases. Heating and Wi-fi in the rooms are good. The bathrooms are clean with adequate hot water and water pressure. The rooms don’t have television but who needs one while staying in such a charming place? One of our room has a balcony where we can hang the clothes after washing. There’re grocery stores nearby but since this is a tourist area, things are a bit more expensive than other places. Also, since we’re visiting in February, not a peak season, not many shops and restaurants opened, but it’s a good time to enjoy the town quietly as there’re not many tourists. We still found some good places to eat or to have coffee during our stay. Maybe next time we will stay during summer time so we can enjoy the sea.

We had a cold spell and it took a little time to initially warm up the property, but we had plenty of extra bedding to settle in well the first night.

Some small things like supplying a tissue box, a Matt for wiping your feet as it was quite wet.

The Location was great, really close to the main strip, but still quiet. We were able to check in early, before 12. And Luca gave us a quick tour of the town. Being close to the railway station was great also!
