The bathroom smelled faintly of mothballs. The window did not have good soundproofing, there is a lot of noise at night from: - the restaurants in the area until 02 AM - the garbage truck in the early hours of the morning

Opposite our room is a loud bar and kept the kids awake late but that's not the property's fault. If I was to stay again though I would ask to stay on the other side.

I was confused a little bit from the reviews on the Hotel, but it was overall good. - Good price value - Close to city center - The receptionist explained the check-in details the day before the arrival and everything was clear, and he offered us bottles of water. - A welcoming atmosphere

You get exactly what you see in the pictures. It’s a simple living close to the metro, buses and the city. The staff are supernice and helpful. When we go back to Rome we wouldn’t hesitate booking this again.

We have no complaints, maybe a tip for the hosts that there could have been one glass - for toothbrushes and we didn't have electric kettle in our room.

The host was wonderful, the accommodation was tidy-modest and sufficient. The location is good - an 8-minute walk from the Termini station and a 4-5 minutes walk from the Castro Pretorio metro station.

Staff was friendly. Our room was clean, we had clean sheets and warm water. There was also a fridge, TV and fast wifi. Also, the location of the accomodation was great, very close to a Metro station and Roma Termini.

The internet. The WiFi basically doesn’t worked while we were there. So come with mobile package as well.

The room is really convenient to spend your days in Rome! It’s pretty close to a metro station who takes you to all turistic places, and there is markets and restaurants around.

Location was a little far from the city but was able to catch taxi.

Accommodation was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Did not meet staff, but the owner had plenty of contact with us via email/ booking.com. all instructions and information given by them was correct and easy to follow.

Staff was not regularly replying messages in booking or whatsapp. It was hard to find entrance to the property. Floor was marble and cold. Heating was with AC only.

Though reception guy does not have good english, he helped me whatever I need during stay. Location is near Termini (center) and takes 3-4 minutes to reach. Room has a satisfactory facilities inside and room was large enough. Heat and cold water available during stay (in night and morning). No outdoor or nearby noise observed. It valued for given money.

Air conditioning was really good - especially as it was so hot out. Great location, nice staff, and good value for money. Even had a fridge which I didn't know about!

Finding the entrance to the hotel was a challenge for the first time as there are no bigger boards. Lift is very small and you have to get through a few number of steps before accessing the lift. So if you have multiple big luggages, then this could be a challenge. Bathroom shower was a real struggle if you need hot water for bathing. It was not possible to control the speed of shower and you have to wait for couple of minutes and keep pressing the knob to get hot water, as everytime it stops, again cold water comes out. So bathing the kids in hot water was a real struggle and felt like we are wasting a lot of water.

Very good location with easy access to Termini railway station, bus stop, Metro station and lot of eateries around. It is less than 10 min walk to Termini station and Every 15 mins direct trains available from Termini station. Metro station and bus stops are 2-3 mins away. Room was good, air conditioned and cleaned daily.

Wi-fi was horrible. Hair dryer isn't enough strong for normal length hair.

Nice and clean place with running hot water. Stuff was kind. Also, location is good (metro and bus stations are close and plenty of good/cheap restaurants near). The perfect place for party is bar next to the accommodation.
