They never changes towels or clean although we stayed 4 nights.

There were dirty dishes in our apartment+the hairdryer didn’t work, it would work only first two minutes and turn off. Also, the doors in the corridor are very hard to open.

The location is practically in the center, there are a lot of transport options near. To get to the sea you’ll need to take a bus. Everything needed was provided.

The air conditioning wasn't working, there was not enough space to put clothes on. No facilities to dry wet towels.

Most furniture were half broken. The bathtub door was fallen apart before we got there and we had to put it in place. The lights on the bedside table would fall when you opened them, some power sockets would not work and the draw and wardrobe would not open/close properly. Apart from the humidifier there was no A/C and the fan didn't work at all. Signal was limited and the wifi didn't work most of the time.

The location was perfect in the center. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. Room had a smart tv, coffee and small breads with jam. The dehumidifier did great work. The photos were accurate.

The flickering green light throughout the night was an intrusion, possibly the fire detector battery needing replacing but I’m not sure. The decor was a little drab but it was clean and presentable. Getting into the building was tricky and everything took a few goes to work it out but we got there in the end.

We really liked the location and we felt secure in this apartment. It was spacious and the facilities were good. Coffee and snacks were provided and the bed and bathroom were very nice.

Great location right next to Piazza De Ferrari. Very clear instructions for entry. Beautiful old building. very spacious room with two king-size beds. French toast crispbread and jam provided.

The bathroom in my room number 4, it has many issues. The hot water arrives after 5/10 minutes and when it comes is very difficult to create a good mix between hot and cold water. Also the water pressure is not enough to take a shower in normal way. The sink is not fixed well on the top, same for the water tap.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was small but essential. The bed was comfortable and big enough. There is a mini fridge and a good coffee machine. Wi-Fi Service was good. The check has been very fast and easy

The room was really hot and the portable aircon unit was working but it was so loud it was impossible to keep it on for more than 10 minutes.

The location is perfect, easy access to everything you want to see in Genova. Beautiful historical building and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The staff were more than helpful when it come to us having a late check in, location wise this is in a good location for shops and restaurants but is difficult to navigate through all the alleyways etc, the room was nice, and clean and had everything we needed, the shower was very intermittent and we had no working AC, but overall still a good room and great stay. Thank you to those pleasant staff.

There are some negative points that some of them are not their fault. For instance, there is no light in the room since the building is in the historical center. So you cannot stay there too much during the day. There is a smell of sewage in the bathroom since the buildings in this area are old. The mattress was not comfortable. And there is a fan instead of an AC. And the room is not like the picture.

Great location and is close to the bus station, metro, restaurants, and bars. The room was clean and they kindly cleaned the room again after 2 days. The owners are nice and friendly. They let us keep our luggage there after check-out kindly.

There air conditioner was very old and didn’t work very well. There were only 2 hangers in the closet and there was bright green WiFi light above the door that flashed all night.

Very comfortable bed, they left us coffee pods and jam and toast, which was a nice touch. The shower was nice and big.

The A/C was there, but quite old and not really working. So if you’re looking for a nicely cooled room you should stay somewhere with a built in A/C. Furthermore the whole complex is basically like a huge flat with separate rooms, so whenever someone passed on the corridor it was pretty loud. Especially when they had kids!

The location is great! A lot of historic places and tourist sights are in walking distance alongside great and authentic restaurants and bars! The access was very easy and explained well directly at check in. The room was spacious and had everything we needed.

Instructions on how to find the place were not clear at all. You have to call strictly 30 minutes before you arrive otherwise the owner will yell at you. Room was a bit dirty with bugs and dirty sheets. Air conditioner is very loud and it’s impossible to sleep with it on. Street is very noisy so get ready for different sounds during the night. PICTURES AND REAL PLACE DOES NOT MATCH AT ALL.

It was a nice place to stay BUT we stayed on a Friday night and it was very loud at night, impossible to sleep. Had to close the windows but it was extremely hot and air con wasn’t strong enough wasn’t working properly I think. So we had a really bad sleep but properly itself is nice
