Area immediately around the hotel not particularly nice but price to pay for being so close to the station which was a priority for us. No problem taking a 20 min stroll into the centre of Bologne tourist area for sightseeing. One very minor issue was Aircon in our room was switched off a couple of times by the hotel and we had to ask at reception for it to be turned on which was done immediately and without any fuss.

Hotel was modern, spotless and most of all the staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. Perfect location if like us you were taking lots of train journeys to different cities. Literally 5 mins walk from the central station.

Bed was very hard and we had to request extra pillows. AC seemed to be controlled by Reception so we had to call up twice to get them to turn it on from their end. TV was set up for streaming, however that didn’t work as Reception said the Wi-Fi had been turned off on all the TVs so we couldn’t use it.

Easy walk from the main train station. Room was bright and relatively modern. Staff were very friendly.

The room is very clean, but small for the price paid. Due to the hotel's location, it's noisy because it's right on a main road. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I even asked for an extra pillow, which was delivered to my room. The breakfast is good, but I have a very important note: there is no gluten-free bread or other gluten-free options. This, in my opinion, is a big and serious problem, given the increasing number of people with this condition.

Not a fault of the hotel but during night hours it doesn’t feel as the safest place to walk from the train station to the hotel if you are a woman!

Excellent location if you wanna travel to other places as well! In 5 minutes you are in the centre, in 15 min in Piazza Maggiore and in 5 min in train station! Bus station just across the street! Very kind personnel! Special thanks to night receptionist! Breakfast was nice and we would appreciate more fresh fruit and vegetables! Overall a very pleasant stay!

The room itself has not problem. Maybe it’s the breakfast area? Not being too picky but just that it seems a bit un-attended. Read some other reviews that there were flies around the fruits area…I saw that too…

Great location. Room is nice. Even though it was not spacious, it was designed well (mirrors on the wall and well-fit storage space). The shower is great because you can tell that they cleaned well and professional. The shower head is shiny and the glass too.

unfortunately, there is too much noise coming from the street (if you open the window)... but, there is nothing that can be done... i don't know if they have a pool; i would have loved to swim... after all, they are a 4 star hotel, right? :)

we loved everything! the ac was powerfull, we loved it. the breakfast was splendid, with a large selection of food, of good quality. the hotel has a restaurant, open al day. there was an art exhibition... nice... friendly staff at the reception, they helped us using the bus to reach the airport... and they went to our home town, in the past (we're from Brasov = Kronstadt). in the room, there was a refrigerator, as well as koffe/tea machine... and they have NORMAL POWER SOCKETS, and european style :)

Building lift is a super small but there’s that the owner can do about but just a heads up for future travellers. Request Dimi to kindly put a different colour of curtains as privacy is a issue (especially for women trying to change clothes in bedroom). With the white faint curtains, it’s visible from the office right in front. Better soap in the bathroom if possible.

The hotel is exactly how it’s shown in the photo. Rooms are huge. Everything was spotless and looked new. All utensils and cutlery, along with microwave and dishwasher was present. Bed sheets and towels were clean.
