A perfect spot for a short city break. Both the bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable. The apartment was clean, with daily cleaning service. Communication with the host was excellent – she was incredibly helpful and shared great tips on what to see and do in the city. The location is also fantastic, just a short 5 min walk from the main train station.

I stayed one night at this apartment and I can freely say that it was one of the best experiences I have had. Initially, the host Matilda was very informative and ready to answer my questions and interests. The room was complete, comfortable bed, iron available, coffee and sweets (free). The location is very good, only 5 minutes from the train station. Everything went well, nothing was beyond expectations except the fact that it was better than we expected. Another important thing worth mentioning is that Matilda was truly a hardworking woman and worked very cleanly. Gonna visit again!

The bed was a little a bit uncomfortable and the towels didn’t smell great, but they were clean.

Amazing host who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were on our honeymoon and she organised beautiful flower petals in a love heart on the bed leading from the entrance.

Proximity to railway should be considered for light sleepers though it is minor enough to where didn’t interrupt our sleep once.

Rooms are modern, spacious, clean, and very well furnished, had nearly all the amenities we could want. Super close to train station, and a local supermarket just around the corner. Host is super lovely, helpful, and brings a nice personal touch to the stay.

Wonderful property, secure, great shower, comfortable beds, fantastic location close to the train and cafes. Perfect for a base for exploration and very comfortable. Love there is a safe, TV for the kids, and a great shower.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful host! Great location, 8min walking distance from the train station so ideal for exploring cinque terre. The apartment was well equipped. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was amazing!

Amazing place to stay! We used this location as our base for Cinque Terre and it was fantastic. It's super close to the train station and the facilities are really nice. Matilda, our host, went above and beyond.

What a great Appartment just few minutes from La Spezia Train Station and main La Spezia atractions. We had a smooth stay and everything we addressed was promptly handled. Couldn't ask for more. Next time in La Spezia I would defenitly stay here. It's like home away from home and it's indeed luxourious!

I recently stayed at an 3L Luxury in La Spezia, Italy, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The host, who was incredibly supportive, helpful, and quick to respond, made my stay truly memorable. Not only was she efficient in addressing any queries or concerns, but her warm and friendly demeanor added an extra charm to the whole experience. The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. It's convenient location made it easy to explore the beautiful city of La Spezia and Cinque Terre and its surroundings. What truly stood out for me was the host's exceptional hospitality. Her genuine care and attentiveness towards her guests are what set her apart. I have traveled to many places, but this was the first time I encountered such a fantastic host. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting La Spezia. The phonic isolation isn’t great, but it is a quiet neighborhood.

Matilda was a great host and really looked after us. We made a couple of requests which she sorted out for us before we got to the room. She was helpful in suggesting places to visit and eat and made our stay really enjoyable. The place is a small walk to the station which was great especially with luggage. The room was clean and tidy, which was cleaned everyday we were there. The room was modern and up-to-date.
