The Guest House is beautiful. The attention to details is amazing. The rooms are well designed. Very good place to store bicycles and lockers for riding equipment. It is Located 5 minutes from Aosta city center and Pila lift. Breakfast was excellent.

Everything was perfect. The rooms were gorgeous (we stayed in the suite), the beds and pillows are comfy and I appreciated the black out blinds! Everything was stunning. The free minibar in the suite was also greatly appreciated! The views are stunning and the value for money was exceptional.

It would have been helpful if there was some kind of breakfast menu for what hot food was available as you just had to ask to see if they could make it for you.

Wonderful small family-run hotel in the Aosta valley. Brilliant for skiers, bikers, hikers etc. Run by a lovely family with an amazing sense of style. The architecture and design made the stay extra comfortable and enjoyable. I'd love to stay again.

Everything was excellent! The room was big with a king size bed that was very comfy. The decoration was also very nice and you can really see the attention to detail that was put in this house! To be honest the room feels like a 5 star hotel! The parking is great too and the house is in a very good location. Breakfast was also very good, with local products! Rooms were sound proof so the place feels very quiet, which is really nice. The hosts were always nice and helpful and very respectful of the guests privacy. We truly enjoyed our stay and cannot find any fault in 21Barra5, it really is an excellent choice in Aosta Valley.

We loved everything.

The hotel has a sustainable concept, and the view from the room is wonderful, facing the mountains! Everything is very new, the breakfast is varied and includes many local products! The bed, pillows, and duvet are of excellent quality! It is definitely worth staying there!

The location might be slightly too far from town center for some. But to be honest with a car it’s just 5 min away.

The property was much nicer in reality than it was in the pictures. It is a family-owned property, and the owners were such lovely people. They were very helpful with anything we asked and provided fast answers, suggestions, or solutions. We felt supported and appreciated.

Everything was clean and the breakfast was great.

First of all a check in of 5pm is a bit crazy. I've never seen that before. Especially in winter when it is already dark at 4:30pm We personally requested a earlier check in of 3pm and we were then sent incoherent messages. One message said we could check in at that time ok Monday (we were checking in on Wednesday) and the following message was clearly for another guest. So we decided to find something to occupy ourselves and check in at 5pm to avoid any complications. When we finally arrived the host, who was clearly annoyed, said that she was waiting for us since 3pm. She made us feel a bit uncomfortable for the rest of our stay, but the miscommunication clearly came from her end. If you are booking this property please pay attention to the super late check in times.

The guest house is modern and clean, the views from windows are beautiful, breakfast was very good, made with local products, I recommend it highly

Rooms are amazingly designed, the view is beautiful, nice garden, plenty of parking, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. We were supper happy that we chose the place, and we would have loved to stay more days.
