There wasn't really anything I didn't like!

My stay at 21 House of Stories Città Studi was splendid! The hotel is located close to transport links and Milan city centre, but it is quiet and not noisy. The breakfast facilities are some of the best I've had, fresh bakery, delicious yogurt, very much worth booking your room with breakfast included. My single room was spacious and clean, the bathroom facilities and shower were also amazing (v good water pressure, which isn't always a given). For what I got, the price was reasonable, and I'm glad to have chosen this hotel for my stay. The staff were very helpful and answered my many questions, including an issue I had with the lights in the room. Oh yes, finally, get yourself a cold Ichnusa beer from the bar after a hot day of sightseeing. You'll thank yourself for it.

A very nice and comfy stay in the center of Milan. Nothing exceptional, a rom is a bit to small, but has everything what you need for the short-term stay, and even study/work desk, what is very convenient. Good breakfast, great coffee from coffe-machine, cozy terrace. And a very pleasant and friendly staff!

Absolutely fantastic stay! Great facilities, everything you need and it's such a nice, welcoming hotel. If you're solo traveling and only a couple of days to Milan, this is your place. Amenities and service are always on top. Bring your swimming suit because there's a pool to enjoy too.

The daily cleaning was a bit annoying when I was working.

The room was excellent, very comfortable. I could easily stream content to the TV with the Chromecast, which was a big plus. The shower and bathroom were perfect, and the breakfast buffet was really great. The hotel is well located in Milan — not right next to the metro, but still in a convenient area. The receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better.

Super convenient whether you’re staying just a few days or longer in Milan. Rooms are really spacious, the staff is super nice, and you can tell they pay attention to the little details. Definitely recommend!

The gym facilities are really bare, probably the only point to improve in my opinion.

Great hotel, the place is clean and in a cool neighborhood. It is close to nice restaurants and bars, and not far from the metro.

Everything. Very professional and kind staff. Room clean and functional. Has everything needed. Breakfast is wonderful, plenty of things to choose from and great coffee. Wonderful yard to sit in. A place with good vibes. I loved it. Location close to metro, supermarkets 24/7 and the central station. I even easily found parking for my rented car and did my laundry in the hotel for fair prices.
