Everything was great but I think communication could be improved. All of the entrance information needs to be sent in one go. I had to keep asking the agent - who was very nice and wonderfully helpful but it causes unnecessary stress for the visitors. Also the gate got stuck a couple of times because of the heat- not a big problem this happens at my building in England but I think a set of keys would have made life easier.

The area is absolutely beautiful and really interesting - art nouveau buildings everywhere. Lovely walks to the centre. A quiet authentic atmosphere. Lovely cafes, restaurants. The building itself is very nice. And the agent was very kind.

There was not allot of hot water. And one evening we were nearly locked out of the front gate, think it's because the front gate wasn't fully locked.

Not clear how to unlock gate to get out of yard. We arrived in the dark and was easy to get in. There were no directions in book on table about button on lower left side of gate to press to get out. We saw it the next morning. Just could not it in information book on table in roo.

We loved this clean, modern and stylish room. The location was charming and only a short walk into the centre. There were super local bars and restaurants. The air con was amazing!! Lovely, lovely place to stay. We highly recommend it and such good value.

The cooktop is listed in the photos but not actually available (not listed in the utilities), which makes the kitchen quite less useful. There are some basic cutleries and bowls/plates available. Electric locks are noisy. You can hear your neighbours coming to the apartment and their rooms. The lock system is super annoying at first before you memorize the PIN code. Then it gets even somewhat convenient as you never have to worry about the key. We had a little issue with the clogged toilet but the host resolved it in about 2 hours while we were not even in the apartment. Sily shower design with an open space that makes you shower carefully or water will be everywhere behind you. Not the worst shower I've seen with this design though, at least water doesn't overflow from the shower area - the incline is good. The kettle in the room smelled of vinegar (the one in the kitchen was fine).

The location is great, quite a beautiful neighbourhood, the bus stop is nearby, the historical centre is close enough to walk but at a good distance so nightlife doesn't bother you while you want to sleep. Nice and quiet. Everything is pretty new in the apartment. Good coffee machine, nice blinders in the room and a bathroom. Good tea selection :3

Very comfortable apartment. It has everything you need. Plus there is very nice courtyard with chairs and table and you can read a book, drink coffee there. It's few minutes from the top attractions yet in a quite area with beautiful villas.

Didn’t realize the kitchen was a common room but it turned out to be ok.

The location was perfect. It was in a beautiful neighborhood outside of the main tourist area but still and easy 15 min walk to most main attractions. It was also close to a couple bud stops if you don’t want to walk. The host was very kind and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Neighborhood was exellent. Center is so close by foot, 10mins max. This is what we like the most. And if you want to take a bus, they are couple of minutes from the apartment, and all of them lead to the centar, train station .. Our room was just perfect !!! Everything is new and so comfty. 10+

Being right under the roof we heard a mechanical noise coming from the roof (probably, the outer block of the neighbors’ AC working). You can get used to it but it’s quite disturbing during the night.

Nice and quiet area walking distance from the Verona historical center, 5 minutes away from the buses that go to the train station. Self check-in and access with the code is great. Super clean and comfy room with the shared kitchen (coffee and tea available).

I liked everything!

The room had all the amenities, everything was brand new and clean! I am delighted with the style in which the room is made! It can be seen that the people tried to make comfortable conditions for the guests! there are big pluses to this place! the first is that the apartments are located near the center, the second is that there is a private courtyard with a garden where you can have a great time sitting in peace and beauty! Love love love this place !

However, the picture of a kitchen misled us to believe that for our 2 week stay (including remote work) we would be able to use the stove and oven. They were just decor and not functioning - we ended up cooking pasta in the microwave and eating cold stuff like salad, bread... Generally, the kitchen feels unwelcome: There is a video camera overlooking the room and for each room there is a shelf with only 2 of each item (forks, knives, spoons, plates, small bowls, bigger plastic bowl). The communication with the agency did not live up to normal travel expectations - when we arrived we had not received a code to get inside yet despite us asking prior to our arrival, and once we stood in front of the door, we could not reach anyone via email, phone etc. Luckily, the owners of the house were leaving and bumped into us so they could show us in. There is no free parking option included - so if you're travelling by car, expect to pay 1€/hour between 8am and 8pm every day (except Sundays). We paid over 1000€ for our two weeks stay in a room... and spent a lot more money than expected for parking and going out to eat due to the lack of a functioning kitchen. We would not recommend to stay there for longer than a weekend. Plus if we were the agency and we realize that guests are not having the time of their life in my place, I'd try to make it up with something - but nothing. And that's okay - but that's not worth 5 stars.

The room was modern and clean, the bed comfy, the bathroom decent. Windows could be darkened with blinds - that was useful against the light and heat. The AC in the room was great. With the "kitchen" for us to use and 2 more rooms, it felt like enough space to move around in.
