The bath was a little tricky to get out of as quite slippy to get out of and could do with a mat . Might be difficult for people with mobility issues

The phone use as a room key was slightly annoying as sometimes due to bad reception it took ages to be able to get into the room.

Great clean room. Had a lift which was a big plus. Friendly and accommodating staff. It's in a great area about a 10 minute walk to main attractions. Easy enough to get an UBER if we travelled somewhere far. Would definitely recommend. Some people are saying it's on the smaller side but that's a given being in Rome.

I can't think of anything I didn't like except the lack of wash cloths in our room. Wasn't a big deal so I didn't bring it up.

The room exceeded our expectations. It was nice and big. The bathroom is amazing with the rainfall shower and jacuzzi. Everything is updated which we loved! Will definitely stay again.

Nothing, everything was great. Only thing was air con was a bit disruptive and being in the room by the door was a bit noisy when it unlocked for other guests.

Well facilitated and great location. Staff were really friendly and the check in and check out system were really easy. We felt really safe too. For a city hotel the room and bathroom was modern and comfortable, and quiet even though we were over a main road!

Since all access requires you to have a mobile phone with battery, one day my phone died and I was unable to enter the building thanks to the store below who allowed me to charge my phone to 3% at 11pm. I think some arrangement to enter the elevator door with the code should be done just like they give for the room.

The jacuzzi was my favourite, also the staff were kind enough to allow us to keep our luggage without asking for it. Well cleaned everyday and all facilities were good.

The location was pretty good, although beware of hills if walking with a suitcase from Termini. Also, I didn't realize we'd have a round bed. Neither of those would make me not book again, just might help someone to know.

There is some noise from the street which could affect you if you are a light sleeper luckily we were fine!

The location was absolutely perfect couldn’t get better! We walked to the Trevi fountain, Vatican City, Spanish steps and so much more easily! Reception was great and accessing the hotel/room was seamless. They even let us leave our luggage once we checked out so we could still explore until our flight later on in the evening. Would absolutely stay here again!

There are several lights in the room that are on all of the time, smoke alarm sensor, that sort of thing and the air con light is quite bright. You may need a mask if you are light sensitive. Can be noisy outside with traffic noise and sirens. Ear plugs may be needed if you’re not used to a noisy environment.

You should book this Hotel if you are only planning to sleep in the Hotel or you are okay staying in your room for a long time. The Hotel is mainly one floor with a small desk where they recieve you. I did miss having a lobby or a place to sit down and even have a drink or meet other people staying there. I also find it weird that in spite the clean and nice room there was hardly space for the clothes or for hanging the towels so the impact on environment is quite big as we had clean towels every day. Don't leave your bags on hold in the Hotel if you are planning to do some more tourism without clarifying at what time they can open the door for you. We were caught by surprise when we got the message of the Hotel that they were closing the reception. Some of the staff is very rude.. hardly talking to you and the others doing their job in a rush with comments like: I am sure you know how the air conditioner works but not really showing how the heating system worked and we found out our room had been set to get up to 30 degrees. Took us some time to figure it out on how to drop it down. Is in the details by staff that also makes a difference.

The Hotel is located very close to most of the famous locations in Rome and has transport access from Termini and the rest of the city by bus or metro. Is very clean room and has all you need. We enjoyed our private bubble bath and the coffee, snacks, water etc in the room are very welcomed. They clean very well every day. Is located in a charming old building in Rome but the rooms are modern and well presented.
