The location is good if you are using the buses during your trip, in the other case coming back from the city center would be around 30-35 minutes by walk. Nice rooms, nothing super special, we didn’t use the kitchen or other facilities as we had just 1 night and went to opera. Good choice for quite cheap price

The toilet could use a surface of some sort, although the bathroom compensates this a little.

The staff was friendly and attentive! The air-conditioning worked well and the kitchen was well equipped. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.

On 1 out of the 2 nights we stayed, during the late evening, there was a problem with a girl from other room that interrupted our sleeping. Saying, someone (not a guest) entered to the apartment, to her room (while no one was inside, not eve us) and took some of her belongings. That gave us a insecurity feeling of the place and neighborhood. My recommendation is to change constantly the access keys of the building and apartment, and to have independent access keys from the building and apartment.

All in all was fine, the place is easy to access and if you go by car you can park in the private parking but it is only for one car (out of the three rooms available). Amenities in the room was ok, we arrived just at the time of the cleaning but was not a problems and in fact was better to have the feeling of a just cleaned room.

I booked a room with seperate beds, but it was made up as one bed, had to fix this myself getting sheets from the central (locked) closed. All the bed linnen was a bit damaged, they all had wholes. The room (yellow) we had was smaller than I thought and it was hard to find room to store our suit cases (we were on a longer trip and stayed in Verona for 6 nights). The kitchen is helpful to have but without towel ore dishcloth. Also the food we had in the fridge was thrown out a day before we left. When it's warm it's too far to walk into the center and also the walk is along a very busy road. The balcony is nice, but furniture could do with an upgrade.

Several bus stops in the area to take you the center and a big supermarket in walking distance. Glad the room had aircon as it was very hot when we arrived. The host Stella was responsive and helpful when I had questions.

Generally speaking, it was clean, however, there were mold and damp on the walls in our room. This is not only aesthetic issue, because I am allergic to this and had a bit difficultties to breath. You should do something with the case.

It was ok, equipped as described, good location. Contacting landlord was easy, you can also pay city tax online, what is quite comfortable.

Very cozy and clean apartments with a great location. The staff is polite and always ready to help. The rooms are comfortable — everything was perfect, we really enjoyed our stay!!!

The check-in was a problem. I could not enter the check-in data online because of a problem with my phone. I told the host via e-mail, but I did not get a respond. Upon arrival I did not have the check-in information to open the door. So I had to call again. Furthermore, my room had not been cleaned before arrival, so I had to call again and wait for the arrival of the cleaning staff and for the subsequent cleaning. However, the cleaning staff came almost immediately after my call and was very thorough. The kitchen was not well equipped so I did not use it, as I had planned before. The kitchen and common room area was not very clean.

The room was good and the bed was comfortable. The plus was the washing machine.

The hotel is somewhat of a distance from the city centre (I should have looked into the location more when booking). I also did not meet the owner or receptionist at all during my stay which I found odd but not really a big issue… I just like to have a chat.

The accommodation is nicely decorated with pictures, books and interesting details. The bathroom is separate and of excellent size, the shower cabin is very comfortable. The common area is nicely furnished. There is free public parking in front of the building. The center and the bus station can be reached on foot.

Friendly, helpful staff. I never saw anyone personally but all the instructions are clear. It's only a thirty-five minute walk to the Arena, it was nice not to have to drive or take the bus to the center.

Only "compliant" would be that there is no oven. Otherwise fantastic. Top floor.

The shared kitchen space. Coffee machine. Crayons and books. Usually limited "entertainment" for children but just some crayons was enough because we had already bought her a little magazine. This helped her wind down in the evening, rather than watching t.v. Easy access without staff present, no issues. Warm through the night on an unusually cold evening, other places if it has been cold in summer, then the rooms have been cold. Weekly shopping place near by as well as a corner shop.

Generally speaking, it was clean, but there was mold on the walls in our room. This is not only an aesthetic issue, it can affect you if you have allergies. The closet had a bad smell like it wasn't aired out in a long time. It also depends on who the other guests were (in our case, they kept leaving dishes full of detergent)

Check-in was easy and done remotely. The staff responds promptly to your requests. Good value for money, the kitchen had everything needed (although I only tried one of the coffee pods, because the coffee was very bad)

Very clean and comfortable, our room had a separate balcony, the shared kitchen and saloon were perfect for preparing breakfast (kitchen very well equipped). Contact with the hosts was easy, as we received a whatsapp message upon our arrival, with the the instructions on how to enter the apartment. The bus stop is literally in front of the building, in a very calm area.
