Really nice place - SUPER CLEAN! Very nice facilities. All brand new. And the A/C was great during our stay with a heatwave. The breakfast was great too. And super nice to have private parking. Would definitely go back.

The room was very comfortable, extremely clean and very quiet. The bed was particularly comfy. And the AC system was great. Breakfast was good too. Pastries, ham and cheese sandwiches, fresh fruit and yogurt. My husband really appreciated the fresh orange juice maker. The garden off of the kitchen looked lovely. We weren’t there long enough to appreciate it but with a longer stay it would be a nice place to sit and rest.

Hard to tell from the photos, but this is essentially a three bedroom apartment converted into a guesthouse. It was still quiet with other guests there, but the bedroom doors pretty much open into the living/common space.

Very clean and updated space, with a modern bathroom. Probably one of the most comfortable stays and most spacious bathrooms during our week+ travels in Italy! The bed was comfy and breakfast was good too. Good location for the small town and parking spots (dedicated for the guests) available right around the corner from the entrance.

beautifully decorated, full kitchen. Host was so accommodating to let us into the rooms and there was free parking nearby. and the breakfast was so delicious. great baked goods , yogurts, and fruit. as well as coffee and juices. also a short walk to town. we ate at a fantastic restaurant. and it was a small boating village. not much to sightsee but the relaxing break we needed.

It was such a treat to stay here. We were greeted with great hospitality from Mateo and his beautiful mother. This unit has three bedrooms. My husband and I stayed here for one night. Our bedroom was beautifully designed with clean and simple decor. This is a place with great attention to detail. It has all you need and more! To mention a couple- the black out screens for a good night sleep and the beautiful back yard to enjoy your morning coffee make this a true gem in Porto Ercole. The kitchen and living room are shared spaces and well equipped with an amazing coffee maker, and all kitchen essentials. A big plus was making fresh orange juice in the morning. A very nice breakfast is provided in the morning.

Be prepared to share the common area with the other guests. One little thing that we thought the property should provide is slippers. A little more storage place would be nice.

One of the most beautifully decorated places we ever stayed. Matteo was always very responsive: never took him more than a few minutes to reply our questions. The common area was very well designed, especially the kitchen offers everything a guest needs.. Free parking place is a very good bonus. Breakfast was really delicious. Even I am a very light sleeper, I never heard anyone coming in to prepare the breakfast for the two days that we stayed there. Matteo was very helpful and even recommended us places to eat & visit.

It's perfect! (if you don't mind sharing the kitchen and living room with other guests)

Very nice, clean, quiet and very comfortable. It is an appartament in a regular building adapted for a guest house: three soundproof rooms with private bathrooms, a shared living room and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a small terrace and a small private garden with a sofa, armchairs and a sun umbrella. Everything is very nicely designed, the appartament is daily cleaned, there is a variety of all-day-no-limit coffee and tea, breakfast with fresh fruits and cereals comfortable beds, AC, good WiFi and a free parking spot (priceless!)

I warmly recommend the place. It is extremely clean and elegant, made with taste and love. It offers brand new furniture and appliances. You find all you need to feel comfortable. ❤️ The personnel is extremely helpful and responsive and immediately accommodates any requests. The apartment has access to cute garden - perfect place to enjoy the generouse breakfast that we were offered!

A perfect place to stay in Porto Ercole. Positioned in a quiet residential zone, offering peaceful atmosphere and comfort. The hosts were helpful and gave us all necessary information prior to our check in. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and with more than comfortable bed. Two sets of pillows to choose between harder and softer, mattress with topper. All that made sure we slept perfectly! The breakfast was amazing and we took the opportunity to enjoy in the courtyard.

We loved everything about the property. Matteo was wonderful at explaining everything . The place was clean and new and breakfast every morning was great too. I loved the shared garden and kitchen. It is close to everything too. We definitely will be back.

It was not clear when reading about the property it was one room in a shared apartment. There were two other guests staying there at the same time, all in one apartment. Not what we were looking for, making the price for a single room unjustified.

It was clean and in a good location. Access to full kitchen and outdoor patio. Check-in was very helpful.
