“The location right on the beach was the only positive thing about this hotel. Unfortunately, the rest was very disappointing, especially considering the high price we paid.
Upon arrival, the receptionist clearly wasn’t motivated to help. We had to ring the bell and wait for someone else to come in and push her to actually check us in. Not a great first impression.
The room itself was outdated and poorly maintained. The shower barely worked – the shower head was worn out, the water pressure was low, and the drain wasn’t very clean. Overall, the room felt old and neglected.
For the money charged, this place was definitely not worth it. The only upside is that you can step straight onto the beach, but that’s really the only advantage.”

Already upon arrival we were received super warmly and welcoming by Francesca and we were given many tips for local beaches, restaurants, etc. The owner and staff were really kind and helped us out with any questions. The atmosphere was familiarly.
Our room was perfectly clean and equipped with anything you need (e.g. air conditioning, fridge, hairdryer).
The place is located approx. 15 minutes from Olbia, so it is very peacful and calm but at the same time close to the City and the Airport of Olbia.
We very much enjoyed the stunning and beautiful view from the main terrace over the mountains and the sea, where breakfast is freshly prepared by the staff everyday.
It was a really wonderful experience, we totally recommend it!
