“Very pleasant room with comfortable bed and a spacious shower room which was well appointed. Quirky decoration in the lobby. Interesting rooms and alcoves around the hotel. Lovely indoor pool and even lovelier outdoor pool. Swimming before breakfast with the birdsong overhead was memorable. Very conveniently placed on our road trip journey. Excellent food and wine in the restaurant. Lovely terrace for breakfast and one of the best breakfast menus on our holiday. Really friendly receptionist who welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know about the hotel and the local area.”
