The photos simply don’t do justice to this place — you have to experience it to truly understand how special it is. From the moment you enter the front gate, every detail is thoughtfully curated: the stunning lobby, the elegant rooms, the serene spa — everything is done with care and beauty.
The owners are truly wonderful people, warm and welcoming, and they made our stay unforgettable. We had the best time and left with full hearts.

“I had an amazing stay at Malvina Loft in Nepi while traveling for work. The loft was exceptionally clean, beautifully arranged, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary pasta, beer, and a lovely selection of tea.
The location is perfect — Nepi is a charming, historic town surrounded by nature, which made evening walks after work truly relaxing. Everything I needed was close by, from delicious late-night pizza at Danilo’s to morning coffee and cornetto at Bar Pasticceria del Corso.
What made the stay truly special were the hosts — warm, welcoming people who went above and beyond. We shared unforgettable meals together, and I genuinely hope our friendship lasts. If I return to this region, I will absolutely choose Malvina Loft again. Highly recommended!”
